The Citizen of Laconia reports that George Caiazzo, aka John Kronus was found to have an enlarged heart at the time of his death. This is according to Dr. Jennie Duval, who is the states Medical Examiner. The story also said that a condition such as this can be caused by a number of things ranging from genetic problems to high blood pressure. It should be taken into consideration that Dr. Duval had not yet seen any evidence that would indicate drug use, including steroids or other drugs.
Right now, we are awaiting the results of the toxicology reports. It is hopeful that when those reports do come in, we will learn more about what caused his death. It could take up to six weeks before the reports are released, but it should be noted that his death was heart related since it was about twice the normal size at the time of death. His wife, Stacy said that heart problems do run in their family. She also mentioned that she never saw him take any steroids that she knew of the entire time they were together, but the interaction of presciption meds could be what led to his death.
