Thats exactly why a JLA movie does not need a single recognisable character for Joe Public. Comic geeks want the big guys, but know the smaller guys, and if that turns them off of the movie, then sorry, they are cunts.
Why are they cunts? Well, the movie could be the greatest superhero movie since X2, without a single "big" name in it, just as a movie featuring the big seven, with Bale & Routh, might very well be the biggest turkey since Roger Cormans FF!
Who gives a shit which members are in it as long as its a kick arse movie! The team is called the Justice League, not the Justice Seven!
