Mr Perkins is obviously only talking about hardcore porn in which the actors have sex for real, instead of only faking it, as in softcore or romantic movies. Even if having real sex in front of a camera will be considered as prostitution by the law (and the producer would then be considered a pimp), porn in which actors/models are only naked would still be legal.
In short, Hugh Hefner won't loose his mealticket yet.
