S.S.Subs (previously known as "Family's Subs") here in the Springs. We've gone there since we moved here from MA (I was almost 3) and it's been owned by the same guy the whole time. His wife was a right bitch, a sandwich Nazi if you will. Best damn samwichez... then she died of cancer a few years ago and the quality slipped a bit (from phenomenal to great). Just a few months back the guy sold the business to retire, but the quality hasn't changed this time. So all's good.
