I'm doing weight watchers and it's not that bad. You don't HAVE to starve yourself or not drink/eat the foods you love.

You just have to watch your intake of calories/how much you allow yourself to indulge all the time. Thankfully for those of us with a sweet tooth/salty tooth they now have those AMAZING 100 calorie packs of Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and other salty snacks. PLUS for those of you shopping at Kroger: All the Lean Cuisine's are on sell (no matter the box size) for $1.89.

I've also started making my butt go to gym three days a week where I run for thirty mintues and lift light weights.

It's made a huge difference because when I need a snack I can grab a small bag of popcorn or a serving of fruit.

My mom is doing it the insane way: She weighs all her food and eats very small portions 3 times a day. It's not going good for her because a week into it she has to splurge which is fine if you only do it once a week not every other day!

Sorry about the Bally's story Batwoman, my membership dues with them are $25 a month and that's with access to all the local gyms. Fifties a bit much except if you live in California I guess \:p

PS: Don't forget that they have those 2 calorie salad dress sprays that Wishbone came out with too \:\)
