And for the pasta stuff, The WW people told me to buy the whole grain pasta (which they sell) along with the basic not that calorie filled Tomato Sauce. You could always get fat skimmed milk cheese of various assorted kinds and have it simmer all day in a crockpot together with the Tomato Sauce. You could also throw in some Sweet/Hot relish like Jeff does in with it too and have it simmer.....SOOOOOOOO yummy! Plus you could also make it with chicken \:\)
That's easy and cost effective too!
