I am almost done polishing off a box of ten. They are a treat for me because I only allow myself to get fast food twice a week, maximum. (Excluding Chipotle. It is transcendent.) But yeah, I practically grew up on these things. They are wonderful.

I avoid fast food most of the time. usually only eat it on road trips, and then i try to go for a steak and shake, seems less icky to me.
And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.

Like I said, no more than twice a week for me. I'm in pretty good shape for the most part, but thanks to stoopid genetics my cholesterol level isn't very pretty most of the time. So I try not to make matters too much worse.

I cut out all fast food about 4 or 5 months ago, but kept eating normal dinners and lunch etc, and I lost a shit loada weight!
I now only have stuff like KFC or McDonalds once every now & again.
I feel much better for it, and I enjoy it more as its now more special!

no not necessarily. I like it alot, but like you for genetic reasons my HDL cholesterol is horrible....barely over 40. I don't eat it very often...maybe twice a year...but I always get a Big Mac when I do. I never really trusted the chicken and fish dishes at fast food places,

I don't eat McNuggets, as I'm still disturbed by the thought of which part of the chicken they came from, but when I do rarely drop into a McDonald's, I just get a Big Mac. Nothing more. It's very satisfying, and it's something I treat myself to once in a while, like a chocolate bar or a pitcher of beer, like something meant to be eaten as a treat alongside healthy food. I don't consider it on the same level as homemade food.
Whenever I've picked up fries and a soft drink with it, though, I get that bloated McD's feeling that doesn't go away for awhile. Definitely not worth the cheap price.
