gotta disagree with '07 being "his worst year." people get in a snit about his comedic heel lackey role, but what they don't ever seem to notice is that AJ's really developed his heel persona by learning from Cage and Angle. when he first went heel, he was terrible at it. he's also developed a really strong team with Tomko and they've held the tag belts for quite a while now.
