The thing with him was, many people predicted he would be the HBK of E&C & Christian would be the Marty Janetty. It then looked like everyone had it wrong because as a face, he hit a wall whereas Christian, as a heel, went from strength to strength. It was only when he went heel, and the Hardy incident happened, that he finally found his niche & ran with it.
