DC really can't make J'onn work outside the JLA can they? Barry returning, in that sense, could work if the Black Lanterns are mindless. Hal could somehow come in and save him. But I still think it shouldn't happen.


Ostrander/Mandrake made J'onn work. It's just more laziness on the part of Editorial. But I can accept his death, even though I may not like it. The return of Barry Allen really would be the last straw for me, especially if it plays out the way you suggest. I've had enough of DiDio and Quesada shitting on fandom in favor of quick shock value stories that you know will never last. Fuck 'em.
