I dunoo.. Maybe if Bush um... in an act of "national security takes absolute power, dissolves Congress, arrests dissenters, appoints "strong' judges, and stops elections, then there wouldn't be a need to worry about any possible repercussions from the Iraq war and the Geneva Conventions.
But in all seriousness, I don't think Bush has anything to worry about. This guy is clearly out of the loop in every sense of the phrase.
