Actually, that's innaccurate. I can't remember who whined about big sigs in the past, but Rob had already done something about it. And last year Balloonknot spammed us with offensive pics far worse than the ones you're using (including racially charged stuff), and Rob banned him for a while.
Yeah. Bummer, if you ask me. But still, you can't claim to be responsible for any real change.
That had more to do with Rob's preferences than with rules though.
