This is mostly populated by people who like comics. Most of us got invitations from the moderator Gob after getting multiple IDs banned infinately off the DC comics message boards. Only one guy I know of has been threatened to be reported to his ISP due to personal attacks at Jeph Loeb and Greg Rucka and they got butthurt about it.
I'm rather an amateur troll. I don't get in the business of personal attacks so my spam does very little. I like it that way but can appreciate some of the greats. First National Bastard actually had me getting MY pants in a twitter when he and MrJLA ganged up om me with Mod powers and changed all my posts to read 'FNB WINS AGAIN!' for two weeks. So I spammed with that message for a week solid and Gob told JLA to quit and Bastard got bored and left. THEN I started to get it.
