Seriously? No, not at all. You don't know Grimm, so I can see where you would doubt his intentions. Same with me. Not to mention, the internet is the great equalizer. There are no inflections of voice to read. No facial expressions to tell the rest of the story. Sarcasm has to be identified expressly through other means. So, could you take him wrong? Yes. Could I? Yes, many times. And, hell, I used to live in the same town with him, and we've tied up on here. It's natural.
Is it possible for me to get him wrong? Sure. But I don't see any reason to see I have. And even in real life you can make the argument that people wear masks so it's hard to know them. Even after years. From what I've seen of him he's an ugly person and like all ugly people he hides it well.
But, in the end, you have to decide what it is you are truly wanting to accomplish here. You have to accept that no one is going to change the way they act or post, based solely on you and your friends wishes. If you accept that, and just enjoy being here, you might find that not everyone is the ignorant root of all evil...
I've already decided what I want to do here, Pro. And I've already stated it. What you need to do is take off the blinders and think past the propaganda. You say maybe I've got Grimm wrong yet you are so certain you know me? You are convinced I'm a resentful, bitter, obsessed, and hypocritical person but maybe I'm not? Maybe I'm a guy who's genuinely morally offended? Maybe I've come here for the fun you sermonize about?
