As noted before, people like Ray think that it's fine to talk about a politician's response to 9/11 if they are attacking that politician. But as soon as a politician defends his actions on that date he's 'exploiting' the event.

You can't have it both ways, Ray. If its appropriate to criticize [a] Republican for his response to 9/11, its appropriate for [a] Republican to point out why his response deserves kudos.
