Yep, that's the guy. He also had a sidekick - Lefty - which was basically a fce he drew on his right hand.

Up All Night had both edited titty flicks and edited horror flicks. Usually Friday nights had the horror and Saturday night had the comedies. But with Rhonda Shear as hostess (Gilbert Gottfried came later), my young self wasn't complaining.
