There is no equivalent. I've heard "cracker," "whitey," and "ofay" used, but none of them have the impact that "nigger" has. To find those red button words, you have to dig deeper into a white guy's heritage. "Mick" (for Irish), "dago/wop" (for Italians), "polack" (for Poles), kraut (for Germans), etc have had, at one time or another, similar impact as "nigger." For Asians, you have to dig a bit into which specific nationality (chink...nip...charlie...slope...etc). It's the same with Hispanics (spic, dago, beaner, greaser, etc). But I agree that "nigger" still has more impact than any of those.
