I've missed a few eps over the years. When did Hank and Dean find out about the clones? It was the episode in Season 2 written by Ben Edlund. I forget what it was called, but it had a Spanish title. Essentially the boys find the clones, and Doc fast talks his way out of it by saying he's making the clones as presents so the boys can have hangers-on who are utterly devoted to them.

Overall, I'd say Season 3 was a winner. I was a little surprised, however, that the ORB plot never really figured into the third season finale.
Also, when Molotov showed up and told Brock that OSI was out to kill him, I remember my first thought being "and you believe her?"

I liked that the season was focused more on the action than on the humor. Many of the episodes were pretty dark (the Billy Quizboy episode comes immediately to mind), and more inclusion of The Monarch and Dr. Wife equals more gooder (those Moppets creep me out, especially when dressed up in maggot-looking caterpillar costumes). The last episode was great and made me want Season 4 to start immediately.
Actually, while the ORB itself didn't factor into the finale, the episode dovetails perfectly into it, as Brock's actions lead directly into the last two episodes. We also get more insight into Dr. Jonas Venture (SR)'s fate, a nice moment as Rusty reflects on his father, and (if memory serves) a hilarious exchange between The Monarch and Dean.

I just want to say that in the next to the last episode, I almost shit myself with laughter when they started making fun of Bible Man.
