There is something deeply ironic about a man who entered politics promising to "drain the swamp" engaging an out-of-bid contractor friend who then renders an iconic national site swampy green.
Occams' Razor says this is plain old chemistry, not some dumb-arse conspiracy theory to lift the blue paint up and turn the water green. Anyway, aren't those monuments all guarded and subject to video surveillance?
