Straight from the pages of 52!
First off, it's great to see Dan Jurgens' art. Other artists like Michael Turner, John Byrne, Alex Ross, and Ed McGuinness have gotten over-exposed or just plain shitty. Dan's style is still fresh. Geoff Johns is on as writer. You can tell they have some fun with the issue, and not just with Booster and Supernova. I actually laughed at the jokes ("You are teh awesome"). Booster's origin is covered quickly along with his role in Infinite Crisis. Superboy Prime's name still isn't used, damn lawsuit. If you liked 52 and loathe Countdown, you'll at least like this issue. There's even a new chalkboard with some good mysteries. Oh, and Booster joins the Justice League.
