Squadron Supreme(Supreme Squadron??) had a reboot. Have they had any other individual reboots or complete reboots?

No. In fact, I think Godzilla is still an official part of Marvel continuity.

Marvel hasn't had an "official" reboot. However, over the years they updated or changed continuity or story aspects of individual titles to handle the fact that the Marvel Universe has been around since (our time) 1960 or thereabouts.

Some examples include:
  • Reed and Ben were originally WWII vets. Now I'm not sure if either of them were ever in the military.

Tony Stark was originally injured in Vietnam. Now, [I think] he was injured in Afghanistan.

Captain America was in the ice waaaay longer than he used to be.

In an early Spiderman story, Peter went on the Ed Sullivan show. Obviously, in current Marvel continuity, that couldn't have happened.

In the case of Squadron Supreme, I'm not sure there's ever been a reboot. Since the Squadron was always depicted as coming from a parallel earth I've just assumed the Squardon being written about these days is simply another parallel universe's version of the group.

You are right http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Squadron_Supreme

 Quote:
Within the Marvel Universe, the Squadron Supreme came from a parallel Earth (designated Earth-712) to that of mainstream Marvel Comics continuity. These characters were later revised in the comic title Supreme Power, set on yet another parallel Earth (designated Earth-31916)

Actually, I thought Tony had been injured in the Korean War.

And let's not forget the story where Cap and Wolverine teamed up in the forties to save a young Black Widow.

That last story is not that old. X-men 270-ish, around 1990? Jubilee comments to herself that she can't believe that Black Widow could have been a 7 year old in 1940.

Carlos Pacheco actually went the distance in trying to give Marvel a psuedo-reboot notion during his run on the Fantastic Four. Reed activated the Ultimate Nullifer, and wiped out the universe for about a second. When it phased back in, he clearly stated that certain aspects of history had changed. I've always believe this was Marvel's half-assed way of giving an explanation to the 'forward-slide' of the timeline scale.

Nowadays, Ben Grimm was a pilot in the first Gulf War, and Tony was indeed injured in the Middle East. As far as Peter on a Late Night show, I'd imagine it's Jay Leno or Conan O'Brien now...

Yeah, they didn't make a lot out of it, did they? That was such a fantastic, understated run on that book. Pacheco really had a heart for the FF. It was as close to the Byrne Glory Days as I've seen since for that book...

FF has had a couple of storylines where they tried to deal with the aging of the Marvel U without a formal reboot. The first I remember was an storyline where the Skrulls (those guys are like the Marvel version of the wall that Superboy prime punched) hit the team with an aging ray. When they finally got around to reversing the process, Reed explained that they had somehow reversed themselves to be even younger than they originally were.

It didn't sit that well with me at the time if, for no other reason, the fact that art didn't portray the FF as looking any different than they did before the storyline started.

Marvel made such a 'Hubbub' about Pacheco(who was white hot from Avengers forever - which really needs a nice Hardcover collection) writing FF!

I was so disappointed that it didn't actually last that long!

Carlos is one of my all-time favorite artists. I've seen some rushed stuff from him before, but, never actually "bad" art. Batty, have you ever tried Arrowsmith? It's a Kurt Busiek/Carlos Pacheco book based on the concept that humanity never let go of magic. That, by the 20th century...and WWI to be precise...magic dominates over science. So, you have entire squadrons of soliders flying with the aid of dragons, and steam liners that sail across the ocean, levitating a few feet off the surface of the water, and the like. Naturally, the Nazis are into the Dark Arts, and there are Battle Mages everywhere. I don't normally enjoy magic anything. But, this book was freakin' great! There's been a longtime rumor that they were planning on doing a sequel, but I've yet to see anything about it.

Please check it out if you ever get a chance...

that reminds me of Peter David's story in Captain Marvel where they "kill" Eternity and his son takes his place: a universal "reboot" if you will.

Yep. There's another perfect example of a Marvel reboot. They happen all the time. Marvel just doesn't make a crossover about it... ;\)

Ok, a reboot with significant changes to all the MU that last over a year!

Heroes Reborn might have been their half-assed attempt at an actual revamp. However, it certainly came off more like just another sales stunt. I don't know. House of M, or whatever it was, was never intended to be a "reboot" of the Marvel U, rather than a supposed downgrade of mutants. It didn't alter pre-established history, it just changed the current course of the future. But, it's all balls, either way.

DC makes it a point to go out of their way to say "Hey, here comes the big reboot/revamp event!" with all of their "Crisis"es....Crisisees...Crisiseses....whatever...
