This movie will be all kinds of terrible.... i was never a fan of the cartoon, but i think the movie looks pretty sweet, visually. i'd think if you were a fan of the show, it looks perfect to near-internet-fanboy levels.

I loved the show. It started in the USA in fall of 1968, I think.
If I don't see it in the cinema, I'll catch it on cable once it gets to HBO.

Good thing I didn't go and watch it. It has gotten very negative reviews, and it hasn't been a success in USA, either. Looks like I won't see any movies by the W brothers after 'V for Vendetta'.
