I love the idea of treating role-playing "furries", who role-play or perhaps even believe they truly are cats and dogs, and call Animal Control to come into school and cage them like actual cats and dogss. How funny ! This might actually, y'know, shock them into wanting to be human, and live in the real world. The article intends to scorn and ridicule the legislator who proposed this action. But I think he makes sense, and the gay/trans/whatever website is the side that looks ridiculous.
