After a 20-day downtime, the boards are back!

Still a little wounded and working out the quirks, but still back!

From what Rob told me, it was a major job to bring them back this time, and he had to move all the topics to a new server, so that took a long time to do.

The main thing that still needs to be fixed at this time is the ability to edit posts. I hate not being able to correct the code, or remove my signature when placed in error, or make other corrections. I've made a lot of old topics remain interesting by adding new photos to replace X's over the years, and for the moment that capacity is now dead.

And not always, but a lot of the time, quotes (" "), colons ( : ), apostrophes (' ) and asterisks ( * ) are converted in new or old posts to a string of characters instead of what you wrote. So be careful to proofread and make sure what you write or quote wasn't changed, before you finalize it and post it.
