CORE DEMOCRAT GROUPS ARE PREPARING TO BE TARGETED BY TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

  NEW YORK (AP) — As President Donald Trump pushes the historical boundaries of executive power, some of the Democratic Party’s core political institutions are preparing for the possibility that the federal government may soon launch criminal investigations against them.
  
  The Democrats’ dominant national fundraising platform, ActBlue, and the party’s largest protest group, Indivisible, are working with their attorneys for just such a scenario, according to officials within both organizations. Trump’s top political allies have suggested both groups should face prosecution.
  
  Other Democratic allies are planning for Trump-backed legal crackdowns as well. Wary of antagonizing the president, most prefer to stay anonymous for now.
  
  This year alone, Indivisible groups have hosted more than 1,000 protests covering every state in the nation. The group was a key organizer in the recent Hands Off! protests that attracted hundreds of thousands of people across the country.
  
  Trump top adviser and billionaire Elon Musk has publicly condemned Indivisible as “criminals.”
  
  Musk has also called on the FBI to investigate ActBlue, alleging that the Democratic Party’s main fundraising platform has skirted campaign finance laws and allowed foreign nationals to make illegal contributions to Democratic candidates.
  
  Meanwhile, Democratic candidates are relying on ActBlue to fund their campaigns as never before.
  
  Donors have given more than $400 million to Democratic candidates through ActBlue over the first three months of the year, the organization told the AP. The fundraising haul represents the most money raised in any first quarter in ActBlue’s two-decade history.

Gabbard: Evidence Shows Obama Administration and Federal Agencies Staged 'Coup' on Trump

  Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Friday announced that she was presenting "overwhelming evidence" to the Department of Justice showing that after President Donald Trump won his first election in 2016 against Hillary Clinton, then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for a "yearslong" Russia-connected "coup" against Trump.
  
  "The issue I am raising is not a partisan issue," Gabbard said in her announcement, backed up by a highly redacted, declassified report posted online. "It is one that concerns every American. The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government … As such, I am providing all documents to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve."
  
  
  
  The goal, she added, was to "usurp the President" from fulfilling the "mandate bestowed upon him" by American voters.
  
  The report shows documentation outlining how, in the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the intelligence community assessed that Russia was "probably not trying … to influence the election by using cyber means" but changed its tune after Trump was elected.
  
  Gabbard said the documentation shows that on Dec. 7, 2016, "talking points were prepared for DNI James Clapper stating [that 'Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the U.S. Presidential election outcome.'"
  
  Two days later, on Dec. 9, Obama's White House called in several top National Security Council principals, including Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, and others to discuss Russia.
  
  The documentation, Gabbard reported, shows that after the meeting, Clapper's executive assistant sent an email to intelligence community leaders to task them to create a new assessment "per the President's request" to detail "the tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election."
  
  The email added that "ODNI will lead this effort with participation from CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS," the information released Friday said.
  
  Gabbard further alleged that Obama officials leaked false statements to The Washington Post claiming that "Russia has attempted through cyber means to interfere in, if not actively influence, the outcome of an election."
  
  Then, on Jan. 6, 2017, shortly before Trump's inauguration, "a new Intelligence Community Assessment was released that directly contradicted the IC assessments that were made throughout the previous six months," Gabbard said in the report.
  
  However, she added, "the facts reveal" that the assessment had been based on information "known by those involved to be manufactured," such as the discredited Steele Dossier.
  
  "This was politicized intelligence that was used as the basis for countless smears seeking to delegitimize President Trump's victory, the yearslong Mueller investigation, two Congressional impeachments, high-level officials being investigated, arrested, and thrown in jail, heightened U.S.-Russia tensions, and more," said Gabbard.
  
  She labeled the efforts as an "egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution" that threatened the republic.
  
  "No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to ensure nothing like this ever happens again," said Gabbard. "The American people's faith and trust in our democratic republic, and therefore the future of our nation depends on it."

CIA DIRECTOR RATCLIFFE 'STRONGLY SUPPORTS' TULSI GABBARD'S RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS

  CIA Director John Ratcliffe not only "strongly supports the public release" of documents showing Obama administration officials tried to damage President Donald Trump, but he also "initiated" the declassification process after arriving at the agency earlier this year.
  
  Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard last week announced that she was presenting "overwhelming evidence" to the Department of Justice showing that then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for a "yearslong" Russia-connected "coup" against Trump after he defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
  
  "CIA Director Ratcliffe strongly supports the public release of HPSCI's [House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence] report, which was the result of a process initiated by CIA and led by DNI Gabbard," a CIA spokesperson said, CBS News reported Thursday night.
  
  
  "This effort reflects Director Ratcliffe's continued commitment to elevating the truth and bringing transparency to the American people and would not have been possible without his directive to return it to the committee."
  
  Gabbard released a report drafted in 2017 by the House Intelligence Committee – including staffer Kash Patel, now the FBI director – on Russian activity during the 2016 election. Updated in 2020, the report was stored at CIA headquarters before Ratcliffe returned it to the House panel and ultimately toward public release, CBS News reported.
  
  The House panel made available the report to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the outlet added.
  
  Although Gabbard normally would have been required to consult with the intelligence agencies that contributed sensitive information to the report before declassifying it, that did not apply to the president, who made the decision to declassify.
  
  Ratcliffe on July 2 took to social media while sharing a New York Post story about the CIA's review of the Obama administration's spy agencies' assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, then-FBI Director James Comey, and then-DNI James Clapper.
  
  "All the world can now see the truth: Brennan, Clapper and Comey manipulated intelligence and silenced career professionals — all to get Trump. Thank you to the career @CIA officers who conducted this review and exposed the facts," Ratcliffe wrote on X.
  
  Gabbard on Wednesday said Obama will be the subject of a DOJ investigation on claims that he was behind the effort to stage a Russia-connected "coup" against Trump.
  
  The released documents also showed that media reports about Russian President Vladimir Putin backing Trump in the 2016 election were bogus.

Sen. Grassley releases newly declassified documents, reveals Hillary Clinton's FusionGPS/"Russia Dossier" plan to smear Trump in 2016 election

  WASHINGTON (TNND) — A newly declassified annex to the 2023 Durham report has unveiled fresh details regarding the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. The report includes previously unseen memos suggesting that then-presidential candidate Hillary Clinton approved a plan to "smear Donald Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion by the Russian special services."
  
  "I think it’s evidence of the great depth that the Deep State will go to to cover up weaponization that was going on in the FBI and the executive branch of government generally that was going on under the Obama administration," Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, told Fox News after he released the annex.
  
  
  The annex also indicates that part of the plan was intended to distract from Clinton’s email scandal. This correspondence occurred as the FBI and intelligence services were investigating potential Russian influence and meddling in the election, as well as any ties to Trump, in an operation known as Crossfire Hurricane. The 2023 Durham report concluded that the FBI mishandled the investigation into Russian interference and alleged collusion with Trump, describing it as "seriously flawed."
  
  "This is further evidence that Hillary Clinton approved the Russia hoax against President Trump, her campaign financed it, again she approved it," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Thursday.
  
  The newly released documents are part of a series of files disclosed by the Trump administration.
  Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has alleged that there is evidence against former President Barack Obama of treason, claiming that the former president and his allies manufactured intelligence to prevent Trump from being elected, by linking him to Russia.
  
  Ahead of the latest document's release, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper criticized the Trump administration's claims in a New York Times op-ed. They accused the administration of attempting "to rewrite history" and defended the intelligence community's findings, asserting, "Every serious review has substantiated the intelligence community’s fundamental conclusion that the Russians conducted an influence campaign intended to help Mr. Trump win the 2016 election." Clapper and Brennan also wrote, "contrary to the Trump administration’s wild and baseless claims, there was no mention of “collusion” between the Trump campaign and the Russians in the assessment, nor any reference to the publicly acknowledged contacts that had taken place.
  
  “The last couple of weeks, the Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe have been putting out very misleading and inaccurate reports about what was included in that intelligence community assessment," Brennan told MSNBC.

SENATOR GRASSLEY RELEASES DE-CLASSIFIED PARTS OF DURHAM REPORT

• Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, on Thursday released newly declassified sections of a former special counsel's report that show that the intelligence agencies under former Democrat Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden were "weaponized" against President Donald Trump.
  
  The declassified appendix, or annex, to former special counsel John Durham's 2023 report sheds more light on Hillary Clinton's campaign efforts to falsely tie Trump to Russia and the FBI's failure to investigate those efforts, Grassley said in the release.
  
  "Based on the Durham annex, the Obama FBI failed to adequately review and investigate intelligence reports showing the Clinton campaign may have been ginning up the fake Trump-Russia narrative for Clinton's political gain," Grassley said in the release.
  
  "History will show that the Obama and Biden administration's law enforcement and intelligence agencies were weaponized against President Trump. This political weaponization has caused critical damage to our institutions and is one of the biggest political scandals and cover-ups in American history," he added.
  
  Durham was charged with investigating the origins of Russiagate by then-Attorney General Bill Barr, who in December 2020 elevated Durham's status to special counsel in order to keep investigating after Trump left office.
  
  Key findings of Durham's annex, declassified by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel at Grassley's request, include a January 2016 memo that noted Obama's intention to quash an FBI investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server and mishandling of classified documents during her time as secretary of state.
  
  A March 2016 memo divulged another reference to scuttling that probe but also a plan to falsely connect Trump to Russia, according to the annex.
  
  "This memo stated, in part, that '[the Democratic Party's] opposition is focused on discrediting Trump … [a]mong other things, the Clinton staff, with support from special services, is preparing scandalous revelations of business relations between Trump and the 'Russian Mafia,''" according to Grassley's release.
  
  Durham's 306-page unclassified report was released in May 2023. The classified annex to Durham's report was discovered by Patel in a burn bag in a secret room at FBI headquarters, it was reported Wednesday.

• FBI Director Kash Patel and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced a sweeping indictment Tuesday against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), accusing the far-left nonprofit of fraudulently paying members of extremist groups like the Ku Klux Klan.
  
  A grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama returned an 11-count indictment charging the SPLC with six counts of wire fraud, four counts of bank fraud, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, according to the Justice Department (DOJ). Between 2014 and 2023, according to the DOJ, the SPLC "secretly funneled" more than $3 million in donations to at least eight individuals associated with violent extremist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, the Nationalist Socialist Movement, Unite the Right, Aryan Nations affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, and more.
  
  According to Blanche, the SPLC paid members of these extremist groups so it could create a "work product that reported on these activities."
  
  "To that end, [SPLC] was doing the exact opposite of what it told its donors it was doing – not dismantling extremism but funding it," Blanche said Tuesday during the press conference announcing the indictment.
  
  
  
  Patel and Blanche on Tuesday accused the SPLC of conducting "widespread, decade-long, multimillion dollar fraud" funneling money to the very groups it claims to combat.
  
  
  ...The complete list of these groups, according to a Justice Department press release, includes the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, Unite the Right, National Alliance, the National Socialist Movement, Aryan Nations affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club, National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party), and the American Front.
  
  Blanche and Patel also argued Tuesday that the SPLC tried to hide its payments to groups the SPLC told its donors it was trying to combat, leading to several of the charges in the indictment.
  
  "They set up shell companies and entities around America so that the financial institutions that we rely on as everyday Americans were deceived in believing that money was not coming from the Southern Poverty Law Center in the perpetration of this scheme and fraud, but rather fictitious entities," Patel argued during the press conference. "They stood up to perpetuate this ongoing fraud. This is a serious and egregious violation of a group that purported to dismantle violent extremist groups, but in turn actually only fueled that hatred."
  
  For example, the SPLC was paying roughly $270,000 to a member of the leadership group that planned the Unite the Right protests in Charlottesville, Virginia, in 2017, that resulted in the death of one person and injured dozens more.

As usual, deceit is he bedrock cornerstone in all his, just as i is in everything he Democrat-Bolshevik Left does.

They actively create what hey allege hay are fighing, then they say "Look, LOOK, what a terrible monster this is." That THEY CREATED.



And a small footnote about what is not reported about the 2017 Charlottesville, Virginia protests, is (as I posted a video of at the time) Antifa trains its agitators to attack people in their cars, to make people panic and do things they would not otherwise have done, that gets people injured or killed, to feed the Antifa narrative by amping up the violence.

. So the guy who hit a girl with his car in Charlottesville that day (as can plainly be seen in the video) had Antifa guys all over his car when he accellerated and crashed his car into another to shake them off, and a second later with clubs in hand, the same Antifa mob came running toward him to attack him some more. The guy, whatever his criminal history and emotionally disturbed past, was just a young 19 year old kid panicking, and didn't have the intent to kill anyone, he was was just trying to escape in his car without being killed or beaten to a pulp by a mob of club-carrying Antifa attackers.

And because the defendant was offered a plea deal to lessen the charges, the facts of what actually happened were never revealed and discussed in an open court trial. Which is exactly what a Democrat governor, a Democrat Charlottesville mayor, and entirely Democrat city council, a Democrat police chief, and a Democrat prosecutor, and a Democrat-Bolshevik lefiist national media wanted.

SPLC's decepttive actions also resemble how in 2016 the Hillary Clinton campaign paid 2 guys to go inside a Trump rally and pretend to be Trump supporters, and start violence inside the rally that would be blamed on Trump and his campaign.

And then were caught on video bragging about it by Project Veritas, boasting that they were hired to do it by operatives of the Hillary Clinton campaign, but further boasted they were paid through "a double wall of deniability."



And also the above cited articles about the ActBlue campaign fundraiser site, that uses fake donor names to launder millions of dollars in dark-money fake donations into DNC campaigns.
ActBlue's employees last week in testimony hid behind the Fifth Amendment a few hundred times, to keep themselves out of jail. For now.
