It's treason because these liberal-lawyer appointees to the DOJ were all acting against U.S. national interests outside of government, when they worked for pro-illegal-immigration, and pro-open borders advocacy groups, right up to their DOJ appointments.

And are now actively undermining U.S. immigration policy and U.S. national security from INSIDE the U.S. Department of Justice.

And of course...

Debo Adegbile, Mumia Abu-Jamal’s Lawyer, Appointed to Obama’s Justice Department

 Quote:
President Obama’s nominee to be the nation’s top civil rights enforcer is a race-obsessed lawyer who tried to permanently free unrepentant cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal.

This radical so-called civil rights lawyer, Debo Adegbile, was until fairly recently head of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Like Attorney General Eric Holder, Adegbile is a staunch affirmative action supporter and doesn’t appear to believe that white Americans are entitled to civil rights protection. Currently he serves as senior counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, which is chaired by Sen. Pat Leahy (D-Vt.).

It’s yet another nomination to high federal office in which Obama isn’t even trying to conceal his anti-American radicalism. “Obama’s nominee process involves finding the worst person on earth for that job or any job,” as Daniel Greenfield observes. “It’s a process that never fails.”

Interestingly, Adegbile has a personal story that’s similar to Obama’s. The DoJ nominee was raised by a single mother in the absence of her son’s Nigerian father, reports the Washington Post.

Under Adegbile’s leadership, NAACP LDF acted in several legal proceedings for the black leftist folk hero who has parlayed his 1981 murder of white Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner into a career behind bars. Born Wesley Cook, the former Black Panther often referred to affectionately in radical circles as simply “Mumia,” enjoys celebrity status on the Left and is a frequent guest speaker at college commencement ceremonies.

“The question of Abu-Jamal’s guilt is not a close call,” according to John Fund. “Two hospital workers testified that Abu-Jamal confessed to them: ‘I shot the motherf***er, and I hope the motherf***er dies.’ His brother, William, has never testified to his brother’s innocence even though he was at the scene of the crime. Abu-Jamal himself chose not to testify in his own defense.”

As Faulkner tried to arrest Abu-Jamal’s brother during a traffic stop, Abu-Jamal shot the policeman once in the back and then stood over him and shot him four more times at close range, once directly in the face. Multiple eyewitnesses were present during the crime.

Adegbile’s “nomination is an in-the-face appointment,” according to J. Christian Adams, a Justice Department whistle-blower who chronicled the vicious racial politics of the DoJ’s Civil Rights Division in his bestselling book, Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department.

“Any thought that Obama would moderate as a lame duck with collapsing poll numbers vanishes with the Adegbile nomination.”

While Adegbile was at the helm of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the organization became increasingly radical, opposing criminal-background checks by employers and pushing extreme racial-hiring quotas.

“They took positions far outside of the mainstream of the law, far outside existing jurisprudence as it relates to race, and really advanced a fringe agenda,” said Adams. “If he attempts to do the same at the Justice Department, it will be a catastrophe.”

The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund is an important component of the left-wing legal firmament. President Obama calls NAACP LDF “simply the best civil rights law firm in American history.”

The nonprofit litigation shop is supported financially by the usual suspects in the world of radical left-wing philanthropy. Anti-American billionaire and convicted inside trader George Soros has given to the organization through his Open Society Institute ($950,000 since 2004) and his Foundation to Promote Open Society ($833,000 since 2009).

Other major radical funders include Ford Foundation ($16,895,000 since 2000), New York Community Trust ($2,992,790 since 2004), John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation ($1,250,000 since 2003), Tides Foundation ($521,083 since 2002), and Carnegie Corp. of New York ($385,000 since 2000).

At the Justice Department, Adegbile would replace the notorious Thomas Perez, a radical who was barely confirmed by the Senate as labor secretary on an unusual strict party line vote of 54 to 46 last July.

As the nation’s top civil rights enforcer at the Department of Justice, Perez refused to prosecute hate crimes committed against white Americans. He was reportedly instrumental in the Justice Department’s dismissal of a case involving two members of the New Black Panther Party who intimidated white voters in Philadelphia on Election Day 2008.

Perez played a major role in enacting the Church Arson Prevention Act, which was based on the false premise that black churches were being targeted with disproportionate frequency by arsonists.
He targeted Maricopa County, Ariz. Sheriff Joe Arpaio, for legal harassment because he doesn’t like Arpaio’s tough-on-crime approach, especially with respect to illegal aliens.

Perez favors the use of affirmative action in hiring at higher education and healthcare facilities. He likens bankers to Ku Klux Klan members. Bankers discriminate “with a smile” and “fine print,” but they are “every bit as destructive as the cross burned in the neighborhood,” Perez said.

Adegbile is more measured and circumspect than Perez when speaking publicly, so outrageous, inflammatory quotations from the nominee are harder to find. But the would-be civil rights division chief appears to be just as radical as Perez.

More than likely Adegbile is an adherent of critical race theory, the multiculturalist Left’s race-obsessed spinoff of critical legal theory. Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has described critical race theorists as the “lunatic core” of “radical legal egalitarianism.” They believe that the white-dominated American system is hopelessly racist. To remedy this imbalance, non-whites should be given preferential treatment, they say.

Adegbile lost a case before the Supreme Court last year (Shelby County, Alabama v. Holder) in which he argued that large swaths of America are racist hellholes that maliciously prevent minorities from voting.

In a rare victory for both the Constitution and common sense, the high court finally recognized that the anti-discrimination provisions of the Voting Rights Act, which gave the federal government a veto over changes in state election laws, may have been needed when the law was enacted in 1965, but no longer.

The Voting Rights Act is what unscrupulous Attorney General Holder used to block states from implementing voter ID laws aimed at combating election fraud. The Left relies on fraud to win closely contested elections.

Adegbile has said that “the Voting Rights Act is Alabama’s gift to this country.” He also said that Martin Luther King Jr. would not want the United States to “blow up the bridge” of affirmative action.

As acting director-counsel of LDF, Adegbile successfully argued against plaintiff Abigail Noel Fisher, a white woman who asserted that University of Texas Law School’s affirmative action admissions policy blocked her from securing admission to the school.

Adegbile served as the LDF’s director of litigation before the firm’s president, John Payton, died in March 2012. When LDF took the Abu-Jamal case, Payton threw out a series of red herrings in order to distract from the overwhelming evidence of the defendant’s guilt.

“Mumia Abu-Jamal’s conviction and death sentence are relics of a time and place that was notorious for police abuse and racial discrimination,” said Payton. ”Unless and until courts acknowledge and correct these historic injustices, death sentences like Mr. Abu-Jamal’s will invite continued skepticism of the criminal justice system by the African-American community.”

It’s nihilistic hogwash. The argument is more or less that obviously guilty defendants like Abu-Jamal should go free if there is police abuse or racial discrimination in their communities. That would be a racial variety of this pie-in-the-sky thing called social justice.

Although not too many Americans outside of the true believers of the professional Left and radical activist circles actually think Mumia Abu-Jamal is innocent, there is no reason to believe that Adegbile dissents from the views of his former boss.

He’s an ideologue who believes that the legal system should be used to dispense favors to non-whites. White Americans, he feels, should be treated as second-class citizens in order to make up for America’s past racial injustices, real or perceived.

Of necessity, he despises the Constitution.

This makes Adegbile an ideal Obama nominee.

How sweet it is...

SENATE BLOCKS OBAMA'S PICK OF DEGO ADEGBILE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS POST

 Quote:
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama's choice to lead the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division was blocked by bipartisan opposition Wednesday in an emotional postscript to the long-ago murder of a Philadelphia policeman and the legal help his killer received.

The vote against advancing Debo Adegbile toward confirmation was 47-52, shy of the majority needed under new procedures Democrats put in place late last year to overcome Republican stalling tactics.

In this case, though, to the dismay of civil rights organizations, Democratic desertions played a decisive role in the outcome. Eight members of Obama's party joined all 44 Republicans in preventing a final vote.

Obama swiftly condemned the action. In a statement, he called it a "travesty based on wildly unfair character attacks against a good and qualified public servant."

Administration officials declined to say if they would seek a second vote in the hopes they could change the minds of a few Democrats. Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., is positioned to call for one after changing his vote to "no" at the last minute.

Adegbile, a longtime official at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, was praised by supporters for his legal skills and critics leveled few if any objections to his record as an advocate for voting rights cases who has argued before the Supreme Court.

But Republicans, backed by the National Fraternal Order of Police, said Adegbile's connection with the legal case of Mumia Abu-Jamal disqualified him from holding high public office.

Shortly before the vote, Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., read from a letter written by Maureen Faulkner, the widow of the policeman Abu-Jamal was convicted of killing. "Today, as my husband lies 33 years in his grave, his killer has become a wealthy celebrity," she wrote.

"Old wounds have once again been ripped open, and additional insult is brought upon our law enforcement community in this country by President Obama's nomination of Debo Adegbile."

Supporters of the nomination, including prominent civil rights groups and their allies in the Senate, sought to turn the focus to other instances in which unsavory or controversial defendants received top-shelf legal representation.

Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., noted that a Founding Father, John Adams, "made the very unpopular decision to represent a British solider on the eve of the Revolutionary War." He added that when Chief Justice John Roberts was confirmed to a lower court position in 2003, "not one senator raised a concern about (him) providing pro-bono representation to a man who had been convicted of killing eight people and was awaiting execution on Florida's death row."

Supporters also noted that while Adegbile was working at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in 2006, when it first intervened in the case years after Abu-Jamal had been convicted, the decision to join the effort was made by another official. In addition, they said that by then, the death sentence in the case had long since been overturned.

He was at the organization from 2004-2013, serving as director of litigation from 2010-2012 and later as acting president. The organization filed a brief on Abu-Jamal's behalf in 2006, and represented him beginning in 2011, near the end of a 30-year legal struggle that resulted in a lifetime prison sentence.

Republicans were relentless.

Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the party leader, recited the details of Faulkner's death in detail. The policeman was "conducting a routine traffic stop when Wesley Cook - also known as Mumia Abu-Jamal - shot him in the back. He then stood over Officer Faulkner and shot him several more times in the chest.

"As Officer Faulkner lay dying in the street, defenseless, Abu-Jamal shot him in the face, killing him. At the hospital, Abu-Jamal bragged that he had shot Officer Faulkner and expressed his hope that he would die."

Abu-Jamal was originally convicted and sentenced to death in state court, but a federal district court vacated the death penalty in a ruling upheld by an appeals court and let stand by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Underscoring the political element of the controversy, Senate supporters noted that the judge who initially overturned the death penalty and two appeals court judges who upheld it had been appointed by Republican presidents.

Republicans hinted strongly the vote would play a role in the 2014 midterm elections for control of Congress.

GOP chairman Reince Priebus said in a statement that Abegbile had been "a convicted cop killer's most ardent defender," and said several Democrats seeking new terms in swing states had voted to advance the nomination.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, a prominent civil rights advocate, issued a statement that took the opposite view. The Democrats who voted with Republicans are guilty of "a betrayal that should not go unanswered," it said.

Apart from Reid, the Democrats who helped bottle up the nomination were Sens. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania, Chris Coons of Delaware, Joe Donnelly of Indiana, Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, Mark Pryor of Arkansas and John Walsh of Montana.

Pryor and Walsh are seeking new terms this fall, as is Coons. His state is close by the Philadelphia area, where the killing took place.

Vice President Joe Biden, who presided over the vote, would have been available to break a tie if one had occurred.

Even after the Democrats abused their Senate majority to implement the "nuclear option", and Obama put forward the most radical, foaming-at-the-mouth in-your-face nominee they could summon, thinking there was nothing the Republicans could do to stop the Adegbile nomination, they got a humiliating surprise when 7 Democrats wouldn't vote for Adegbile's confirmation, couldn't get 51 votes, and Obama lost EVEN WITH the nuclear option.

It's gratifying that there are some Obama nominees so vile that even Democrats won't support them. And I hope the ones who did vote to confirm Adegbile have it come come back to haunt them in negative campaign commercials against them, and it loses these liberal goose-steppers their seats.

Veterans slam New York Times piece linking vets to hate groups

 Quote:
Veterans advocates are denouncing an opinion piece in the New York Times that draws links between veterans and white supremacist groups in attempting to explain the actions of the suspected gunman in a recent and deadly shooting outside a Kansas Jewish center.

Frazier Glenn Cross, also known as Frazier Glenn Miller, is accused of killing three people outside a Jewish community center and Jewish retirement community on April 13, according to media reports. The Fayetteville Observer reported that Miller is a former Ku Klux Klan leader as well as a retired master sergeant who served in Army Special Forces. He was forced to retire in 1979 for distributing racist materials.

In the opinion piece published in the New York Times, Kathleen Belew wrote that while the majority of veterans are neither violent nor mentally ill, veterans have a history of joining right-wing extremist groups. She cites a 2009 Department of Homeland Security Report linking the return of combat veterans to Ku Klux Klan membership.

“During Mr. Miller’s long membership in the white power movement, its leaders have robbed armored cars, engaged in counterfeiting and the large-scale theft of military weapons, and carried out or planned killings,” wrote Belew, a postdoctoral fellow in history at Northwestern University.

“The bombing by Timothy J. McVeigh, an Army veteran, of the federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, which killed 168 people, was only the most dramatic of these crimes. When we interpret shootings like the one on Sunday as acts of mad, lone-wolf gunmen, we fail to see white power as an organized — and deadly — social movement.”

Paul Rieckhoff, director of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America, was outraged by Belew’s piece, which he called “sensational, slanderous and incredibly offensive to veterans.”

“Both the title — ‘Veterans and White Supremacy’ — and an accompanying graphic joining service members with KKK members are shameful,” Rieckhoff said in a statement to Military Times on Wednesday. “And the piece relies on weak research and sweeping generalizations about veterans. Especially coming right after so much irresponsible journalism that surrounded the [April 2] Fort Hood shooting, this is stunning and sad to see.

“How could the New York Times publish such a hurtful piece?” Rieckhoff said. “Veterans deserve answers from the Times — and an apology. After more than a decade of sacrifice, no veteran should have to open the newspaper and read an op-ed linking them to hate groups. In contrast to this op-ed, we should focus on telling the story of veterans doing amazing, inspiring work across the country and addressing the real challenges veterans face, including high rates of suicide and unemployment.”

Belew could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday.

Phillip Carter, who directs the veterans research program at the Center for a New American Security, calls Belew’s argument “sloppy” and “unsupported by the evidence.” Carter is a former Army captain who has deployed to Iraq.

“Belew’s piece also omits lots of important facts, like the U.S. military’s success in promoting diversity and racial integration within its ranks, so much so that it’s considered the leading large organization in the country in this regard,” Carter wrote in an email Wednesday to Military Times. “Belew also fails to mention the massive effort in the late 1990s to root out extremism from the U.S. military — an effort which took place after the time window (1975-1995) that is the basis for her research.”

Kerry Patton, a former Air Force staff sergeant who writes for Ranger Up’s blog “The Rhino Den,” said stories like Belew’s opinion piece are typical of how the media and academia view veterans.

“As veterans, we need to be concerned that this is unfolding, that people are talking like this, in this nature, about us when the great majority of us are the epitome of upstanding citizens,” he said on Wednesday.

After the most recent shooting at Fort Hood, the Huffington Post ran a map showing where veterans had committed violent crimes in the U.S., but it took the graphic down and issued an apology after being lambasted by critics who argued the data was out of context.

“A previously published article featuring a graphic that depicted data on violent crimes by veterans has been removed,” a message on the Huffington Post’s website says. “The article was intended to call attention to the lack of evidence correlating post-traumatic stress disorder to violent behavior among veterans, and to highlight the insufficient mental health services available to them. It failed in these regards, and we regret that the data as presented in our graphic was incomplete and misleading.”

Marine veteran Paul Szoldra, who writes for Business Insider, said he feels veterans are the last group in the U.S. that can be stereotyped.

“I think a lot of it has to do with misunderstanding,” said Szoldra, who left the Marine Corps as a sergeant. “What’s happening in these recent pieces is basically you have some journalists who aren’t covering the beat; they don’t really know what’s going on in the military; they just see a statistic and they are kind of like, ‘Oh, there’s something here; here’s a story; it’s a really interesting story.’ They don’t even realize just how terrible a story like that Huffington Post [story] looks.”

Veterans have complained the news media portrays all veterans as damaged human beings who have become unhinged as a result of their combat experiences. Marine veteran Thomas Gibbons-Neff slammed the media for assigning a motive to Army Spc. Ivan Lopez, the alleged gunman at Fort Hood on April 2.

“Even in the absence of any evidence that the shooter, Ivan Lopez, suffered from PTSD, news networks let it dribble out from the beginnings and ends of their sentences,” Gibbons-Neff wrote for a story Wednesday in The Daily Beast. “The Huffington Post, awarded a Pulitzer for its work on veterans in 2012, used PTSD-related violence to build a horribly inaccurate map that portrayed veterans as an inherently violent population, when it isn’t ... and McClatchy gave its million-plus subscribers a PTSD hot-zone locator by ZIP Code, likening veterans to criminals.”

In 2009, Penn State University was forced to apologize after producing an educational video showing how instructors should respond to students who are veterans who are combative and threatening. In the video, a nervous professor tells her supervisor that a veteran in her class is confrontational and “always on the verge of losing his temper.”

“If he ever threatens you, you call the police right away,” her supervisor responds. “And if you ever do really get worried, get out quickly and call someone.”

Such stereotypes about veterans have provided endless fodder for the satirical “Duffel Blog,” which has pilloried media coverage of the most recent Fort Hood shooting and other violent incidents. An April 15 story joked that one lawmaker proposed that veterans should be required to go door-to-door “to notify people nearby that they are a powder keg of post-traumatic stress, alcoholism, murder, and hate just waiting to blow.”

America's transgender population in limbo regarding military service...? topic:

Exactly. They can't have self-loathing issues, either, since they embrace their nature.

Quoting the article again:

"But Tobin disagreed, citing countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, which have or are in the process of accommodating transgender military members."

Three of our best allies are accepting of their transgender military members, but we are not?

JLA, the American military system...mainly the Army & Marines...is setup to accommodate those with little will of their own. These are people who needed to be given instructions in life, because they lack the natural discipline to function as successful, normal adults in the real world.

Transgenders, homosexuals...these are people who have had to take a very deep look at their life and come to grips with who they are, and not necessarily what society wants them to be. Thus, they already come prepared with a strong foundation of willpower and self-awareness.

People like that are that much harder to brainwash or temper with propaganda. The military does not like people like this because if they're thinking with their own mind, and not allowing others to control them, then such people aren't as easily controlled as the rest of the slack-jawed yokels or insecure emo kids. They might actually question why they're killing innocent civilians, and bombing hospitals. People like transgenders and homosexuals, who are aware of who they are, have a far more profound perspective on life and the sanctity therein. They're far less likely to club a baby than, say, try and find a solution for peace. The Army cannot use people with their own courage and will. They need sheep to mold into Pavlovian psychopaths that will assassinate their own people without question.

Birds of a treasonous feather...

Pew Research Poll: Only 40% of self-identified liberals feel patriotic toward the U.S.

Yeah, when they call the former Baathist and Al Qaida resistance "freedom fighters", when they openly cheer for our enemies at every turn, when they want to close Guantanamo and set all the Al Qaida prisoners loose to attack us again, when they hate Bush and the Republicans more than they hate Al Qaida, when they cheer Obama's abuse of the IRS, and his other shredding of the Constitution, and see European countries and the U.N. as better than the U.S., cheer open borders and amnesty for illegals, cheer crushing our sovereignty and turning us to the European socialist model... I pretty much saw this one coming.

The demographic terminology is all explained at the Pew Research link, at the beginning of the FreeRepublic link.

Pew Research says this is the largest poll they've ever done, with over 10,000 people in the sample group.

Michelle Malkin had some interesting insights on the subject:

Liberals hating on a movie that portrays an American soldier in a heroic and sympathetic role:

Both Michael Moore and Seth Rogen Pretend Their Tweets Didn't Criticize 'American Sniper'

 Quote:
By Tom Blumer | January 19, 2015

Yours truly noted yesterday (at NewsBusters; at BizzyBlog) how Michael Moore tweeted, in part, that "We were taught snipers were cowards."

Earlier today, Geoffrey Dickens at NewsBusters observed that Seth Rogen, whose "The Interview" movie was at least partially salvaged financially by freedom-of-speech supporters on the left and right who watched it online and in person in select areas, tweeted that "American Sniper kind of reminds me of the (Nazi propaganda) movie that's showing in the third act of Inglorious Basterds."

Tonight, both Moore and Rogen are in keister-covering walkback mode. Predictably, both are pretending that they didn't imply and say what they really implied and said.

Here's Moore's original tweet:

Here's what he tweeted today:

No, Michael. Your original tweet “just so happened” to appear on the day the runaway box office success of “American Sniper,” the story of Chris Kyle, became too obvious to ignore. It clearly upset you, especially considering that over a decade ago you were calling Islamic fundamentalists attempting to expel those who had just liberated Iraq from the terrorist regime of Saddam Hussein the equivalent of the American Revolution's Minutemen.

* * * *

Update, Jan. 20: I could find no record of Moore backing down from his "Minutemen" characterization, even after his newfound heroes attempted to disrupt Iraq's first legitimate elections in January 2005 by bombing polling stations, or even after it became obvious that Al Qaeda terrorists posing as "insurgents" were diametrically opposed to anything resembling democracy or representative government — "Abu Musab al-Zarqawi condemned democracy as 'the big American lie' on Sunday and said participants in Iraq's January 30 (2005) election are enemies of Islam" — something the real American Minutemen fought and died for.

* * * *

Here's Rogen's two-tweet walkback attempt (here and here):

Really now, "American Sniper" somehow caused Rogen to think about Nazi progaganda movies, but he "wasn't comparing the two." I didn't think anyone could weigh in more weakly than Moore, but Rogen certainly accomplished that seemingly impossible task.

In both examples of cowardly passive-aggressive behavior, today's twin tweeting twits are communicating their belief that those Americans who learn of what they originally said are dumber than a box of rocks, and will actually buy the "I wasn't referring to the movie" crap they're trying to sell today. Not a chance, guys.

Sadly, though, the two will probably be successful at keeping their disgraceful posts out of most establishment press outlets, and thus away from most of the American public.

Anything pro-American, that portrays the soldiers who protect us in a positive light, is glamorizing "cowards", "not heroes", "invaders", and "kinda reminded me of [a Nazi propaganda film shown to the Nazi leaders in] the [Quentin] Tarantino[-directed] scene [in the film Inglorious Basterds ]."

ISLAM AND THE RADICAL WEST: The political orthodoxy of the left is the gateway drug to jihad.

 Quote:

by Brett Stephens

April 11, 2016 7:18 p.m. ET

Years ago I had a chat with three young Muslim men as we waited in a Heathrow airport lounge to board a flight to Islamabad. I was going to Pakistan to report on the fallout from a devastating earthquake in Kashmir. They were going there to do what they vaguely described as “charitable work.” They dressed in white shalwar kameez, wore their beards in salafist style and spoke in south London accents.

I tried to steer the conversation to the earthquake. They wanted to talk about politics. Had I seen Michael Moore’s “Fahrenheit 9/11”? I avoided furnishing an opinion about a film they plainly revered. The unvarnished truth about Amerika—from an American. Authority and authenticity rolled into one.

I think of that exchange whenever the subject of Islamist radicalization comes up. There’s a great deal of literature about how young Muslim men—often born in the West to middle-class and not particularly religious households—get turned on to jihad. Think of Mohammed Emwazi, the University of Westminster graduate later known as Jihadi John. Or Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, of Fort Hood infamy. Or Najim Laachraoui, who studied electrical engineering at the prestigious Catholic University of Louvain before blowing himself up last month in Brussels. Or Boston’s Tsarnaev brothers and San Bernardino’s Syed Farook.

It’s a long list. And in many cases investigators are able to identify an agent of radicalization. Maj. Hasan corresponded with extremist cleric Anwar al-Awlaki. Laachraoui seems to have come under the spell of a Molenbeek preacher named Khalid Zerkani. The Tsarnaevs took their bomb-building tips from “Inspire,” an online English-language magazine published by al Qaeda’s branch in Yemen.

But the influence of the Awlakis of the world can’t fully account for the mind-set of these jihadists. They are also sons of the West—educated in the schools of multiculturalism, reared on the works of Noam Chomsky and perhaps Frantz Fanon, consumers of a news diet heavy with reports of perfidy by American or British or Israeli soldiers. If Islamism is their ideological drug of choice, the political orthodoxies of the modern left are their gateway to it.

Take the most recent issue of Inspire. Mixed in with step-by-step photos on how to build a timed hand grenade and an analysis of the Charlie Hebdo massacre, there’s a long article on the oppression of blacks in America, starting with the killing of Ferguson’s Michael Brown. The Spring 2013 issue contains a “message to the American nation” from al Qaeda Commander Qassim Ar-Reimy in which he asks whether “meddling in our affairs and installing whomever tyrant agents and lackeys you want who kill and oppress [is] forgivable?”

“Leave us with our religion, land and nations and mind your own internal affairs,” the commander—now Emir—writes. “Save your economy, look after your concerns, for it is better than what you currently are.”

This isn’t the language of Islam, with its impressive tradition of conquest. It’s the language of the progressive left, of what Jeane Kirkpatrick at the 1984 Republican convention called the “Blame America First” crowd. It fits the left’s view of the West as the
perennial sinner and the rest of the world as its perpetual victim. It is the language of turning the page on a decade of war, of focusing on nation building at home.

It strikes us as radical only because it comes from the pen of a terrorist. If it had appeared as an op-ed in the Guardian, it would elicit nodding approval from many readers, a dismissive shrug from others, but no big whoop either way.

In the early 1990s my former columnist colleague Thomas Frank came up with the clever phrase “commodification of dissent” to explain how capitalism turned all kinds of countercultural beliefs and radical ideas into just another product in a box, to be sold and distributed through the usual channels. “Fahrenheit 9/11” might have been a political revelation or even a call to arms for some impressionable young Muslims from Tower Hamlets, but to Hollywood it was $222.5 million of box office gold. That made it a winner in the marketplace of ideas, and who can quarrel with that?

The commodification of dissent may have the effect of blunting the impact of all kinds of extreme notions. But it can dull us to their extremism, leaving us astonished when someone turns notion into action. The catharsis of violence seems like an interesting idea in the pages of “The Wretched of the Earth.” In practice, it’s scores of young men and women gunned down in a Paris concert hall.

We’ve become lazy in our thinking about Islam and the West. Whether the Islam practiced by al Qaeda or ISIS is “radical” or merely traditional isn’t the question. It’s whether the West can recognize that the moral nihilism of today’s Jihadi Johns is the logical outgrowth of the moral relativism that is the default religion of today’s West.

Liberal intolerance, manifesting the Left's contempt for our institutions and rule of law are on full display in the two days since Donald Trump fairly won as presidential candidate, despite every dirty trick and deceit thrown at them by the Democrats and unquestionably complicit liberal media.

Protests in cities nationwide, crybaby students walking out of class, the faux-grassroots-Left (that are actually front groups) waving signs that "TRUMP IS NOT OUR PRESIDENT" and openly calling for violence and Trump's assassination. These people do not believe in Constitutional rule of law or representative government, only in whatever ruthless deceit or intimidation will advance their agenda.

I love this one:

Grubhub CEO Asks Staffers With 'Hateful Attitudes' to Resign After Trump Win

 Quote:
On Wednesday, the CEO of food delivery site Grubhub sent out a company-wide email condemning the “nationalist, anti-immigrant and hateful” beliefs of President-elect Donald Trump and encouraging any employees who disagreed to quit.

  • “I absolutely reject the nationalist, anti-immigrant and hateful politics of Donald Trump and will work to shield our community from this movement as best as I can,” wrote Matt Maloney, who co-founded the company. “If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here. We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team.”

In the same email, Maloney said that Trump’s practice of “demeaning, insulting, and ridiculing minorities, immigrants, and the physically/mentally disabled” would have led to his immediate termination if he had worked at Grubhub.

  • “I want to be clear that this behavior—and these views, have no place at Grubhub,” wrote Maloney. “We have worked for years cultivating a culture of support and inclusiveness. I firmly believe that we must bring together different perspectives to continue innovating—including all genders, races, ethnicities and sexual, cultural or idealogical preferences.”

After backlash to the email exploded online on Thursday, Maloney issued a followup statement claiming that his message of tolerance had been misunderstood and that he had never asked Trump voters to resign. From Grubhub:

  • Some of the statements in my email (please see full text below) have been misconstrued. I want to clarify that I did not ask for anyone to resign if they voted for Trump. I would never make such a demand. To the contrary, the message of the email is that we do not tolerate discriminatory activity or hateful commentary in the workplace, and that we will stand up for our employees.

Grubhub welcomes and accepts employees with all political beliefs, no matter who they voted for in this or any election. We do not discriminate on the basis of someone’s principles, or political or other beliefs.

I deeply respect the right of all citizens to vote for the candidate of their choice. In fact, I offered extra flexibility on Tuesday and encouraged all our employees to go vote. There is a place for all points of view at Grubhub. We value diverse perspectives and believe those perspectives help to create a better product and a better workplace culture.

Maloney’s critics, however, did not appear to be terribly convinced by the “clarification” and continued to promote the #boycottgrubhub hashtag on social media.

  • “Hi @Grubhub I’m a Trump supporter & use(d) your service A LOT, but no longer will,” wrote Tammy Bruce, a Fox News contributor, on Twitter. “I’m sure many of my 100K+ followers feel the same.”

Riot declared in Oregon as anti-Trump demonstrators damage cars, buildings

 Quote:
Police in Portland, Ore. declared that a once peaceful protest was a riot after demonstrators were seen attacking drivers and committing acts of vandalism during their march against Donald Trump’s election Thursday night.

Portland police said at least 29 people were arrested in the riot and that more information would be given on the charges Friday morning.

According to KPTV, one driver had her windshield smashed and someone painted “Capitalism kills” on a nearby convenience store. Police declared the protest a riot at around 8:30 pm. A riot is a Class C felony in Oregon.

The state Department of Transportation briefly shut down Interstate 5 between the Marquan Bridge and the Fremont Bridge due to the demonstration. Parts of Interstate 84 were also temporarily closed.

Protesters in Portland’s Pearl District were breaking windows of several businesses and some were arming themselves with rocks from a construction site, police said...

hopefully allow people to come here to be a city where there is hope."

Anti-Trump demonstrations erupted across the U.S. for the second straight night. From Portland to Chicago to New York and parts in between drew a couple hundred people.

In New York City, a large group of demonstrators once again gathered outside Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue Thursday night. They chanted angry slogans and waved banners baring anti-Trump messages.

In Denver, protesters managed to shut down Interstate 25 near downtown Denver briefly Thursday night.

Denver police tweeted around 10 p.m. that demonstrators made their way onto the freeway and traffic was halted in the northbound and southbound lanes. Police say the interstate was reopened about half an hour later as the crowd moved back downtown.

Earlier protests in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs on Wednesday and Thursday went off peacefully.

In San Francisco's downtown, high-spirited high school students marched through, chanting "not my president" and holding signs urging a Donald Trump eviction. They waved rainbow banners and Mexican flags, as bystanders in the heavily Democratic city high-fived the marchers from the sidelines.

Hundreds of protesters demonstrated outside Trump Tower in Chicago and a growing group was getting into some shoving matches with police in Oakland, California.

Another protest was building in Los Angeles, where 28 people were arrested Wednesday for blocking traffic during a demonstration that also saw vandalism to some buildings and a news truck...

Remember when Romney lost in 2012 and there were protests and riots in major cities across America because they didn't like that Obama won, and called for his assassination?

Oh. Yeah. That's right! Republicans didn't like it, but were civil and respected the election result.
Even despite the IRS weaponized against Tea Party groups, and used to harass Tea Party and religious conservatives, with IRS audits, and targeted harassment by IRS, ATF, FBI, OSHA, EPA and other federal agencies, to intimidate and suppress Republican donor support and activism.

And even despite irregularities in many voting districts that voted 100% or more for Obama.

Anti-Trump Protestors Spat On Gold Star Family Outside American Legion Ball

 Quote:
January 23, 2017 By The Federalist Staff

Federalist senior writer Mary Katharine Ham joined Jake Tapper on CNN’s “The Lead” to talk about anti-Trump protestors getting rowdy, attacking, and spitting on Gold Star families attending the American Legion Salute to Heroes Inaugural Gala Friday.

Ryan Manion, who lost her brother in Iraq in 2007 and Amy Looney, whose husband died in Afghanistan in 2010, were spat upon by anti-Trump protestors while walking into and leaving the American Legion’s Salute to American Heroes Inaugural Gala Friday night. According to Manion, whose Facebook post on the incident has been shared almost 2,000 times, they were not black-bloc-style rioters but mostly regular protesters, and many of them were women. Manion is a personal friend of Ham’s, who talked to her about the incident after seeing her Facebook post. Aside from that, there has been almost no media coverage of this incident.

“As we made our way through the crowd, we were spit at and called some of the worst and most vile things I have ever heard come out of a person’s mouth,” Manion wrote on Facebook. “These people had such hatred in their eyes when they screamed at us. After leaving the event we walked outside and was first pushed by a man in a mask hiding his face, then told by 2 women that we ruined this country… As the one woman screamed the other pushed up against me and colored all over my mom’s shawl I was wearing with permanent marker. I am angry and I am scared. My brother and Amy’s husband gave their lives to protect the freedoms that we hold so dear.”

Ham brought up the incident on CNN.

“I think we can all agree that the tone of protesting yesterday was different than today,” Ham said. “This is a nonpartisan organization holding this ball, they work for a non-partisan foundation and are Gold Star families, but when they went in they were surrounded by protesters and they were spit upon and cursed at — on the way in and the way out.”

“They were shaken, but fine — but [it’s] very disappointing,” she added.

“I don’t think this characterizes the march and the movement that we saw out here today,” she said. “I want to be careful about that because I think that that’s something people have unfairly done to conservative movements in the past and to Tea Partiers, where you pick one thing and you go: ‘Look at those awful people out there, their concerns should be dismissed.'”

“But this is part of the story, as is Madonna saying she thinks about blowing up the White House,” she said. “Those are not great things. If it were a conservative movement, we would hear a lot about it. If you don’t think that the left has some prejudices of its own that can lead it very astray like it did last night in that instance, then you’re wrong. And if you think that that’s not part of the reason many turned to Trump, then you’re also wrong.”

Manion wrote an op-ed on the incident for the Philadephia Inquirer today, but there has been no media frenzy to report on this incident.

“Amy and I did not attend the Inaugural Ball as a political statement. We support the current administration exactly like we supported the previous administration and just like we will support every future administration that the American people elect. Amy and I keep our personal politics private; our duty is to the legacy of Travis and Brendan and all those that have served and sacrificed,” Manion wrote.

“I believe this ugly incident involving Amy and me is one of those teachable moments that our entire country can learn from. The character of this country is, at the end of the day, defined by our differences. I have friends who I love dearly on both sides of the political aisle. Let’s celebrate the differences that not only define us, but define what makes the United States of America the greatest country in the world.”

Another example of the incredible hate of the Democrat/Left.

This attack was not directed at any specific Republican or conservative policy, or any specified injustice. They were attacked simply because the were perceived to be Trump supporters. And as the above details, they were very non-partisan, supporting veterans under either party.
This attack was not a civil protest, or about about anything specific. It was on the level of attacking someone just because they were black or white or Hispanic.
Incredible hatred by liberals unleashed at these women, just because they attended an inaugural ball!

Tucker Carlson made a case for the thesis of this topic, in the rhetoric of liberal Democrat legislators and the liberal media in how they reacted to Trump's State Of The Union last night.

Democrat/liberals expressing contempt for the churches, police, military, and capitalist system. Liberals make it clear they don't just hate Trump. They bitterly hate the bedrock foundations of America itself.

Yet another example, Maxine Waters supporters in L.A. protesting Trump, tearing down an American flag, chanting "America was never great", and angrily rant that the U.S. is a nation founded on racism, slavery and oppression.

Once again showing their true colors, that it isn't about protesting Trump or Republicans or some specific policy, but revealing their true selves, as Democrat/Leftists who hate the nation itself.

 Quote:
For the first time in Gallup's measurement over the past decade, Democrats have a more positive image of socialism than they do of capitalism. Attitudes toward socialism among Democrats have not changed materially since 2010, with 57% today having a positive view. The major change among Democrats has been a less upbeat attitude toward capitalism, dropping to 47% positive this year -- lower than in any of the three previous measures. Republicans remain much more positive about capitalism than about socialism, with little sustained change in their views of either since 2010.

I think maybe Democrats would be happier in Castro's Cuba, the regime founded by Hugo Chavez that's melting down in Venezuela, the people's republic China, Soviet Russia, or socialist France.

Maybe they just don't read the news and know what these cultures are like (or were, the ones that have already collapsed).

They embrace and support the ideology of those who would destroy America. The enemy within our borders.

They are the generation where the decades-long seeding of Cultural Marxism has reached critical mass.

"You know America's a great country because even those who say they hate it refuse to leave"
--Charlie Kirk, on Hannity tonight.

Victor Davis Hanson also made great points on the same Hannity program, about:
* how this country has admitted 50 million immigrants over the last 50 years, more immigrants than the other nations of the world combined have admitted,
* that millions more enter illegally because they see the nation as such a desireable place to be.
* And the attacks by the Left on our founders such as Washington and Jefferson, that ignore their accomplishments that far surpass that of thier critics.

Ironically, as the rest of us celebrate July 4th:
* Colin Kaepernick and Nike are outlawing their own shoes designed with a Betsy Ross flag as "racist" and celebrating a racist history,
* and the city of Charlottesville, VA, Jefferson's home town, is discontinuing annual celebration of Jefferson's birthday. Jefferson, the man who drafted our Declaration of Independence, the man who was president, vice president and secretary of state, the man who doubled the size of our nation with the Louisiana Purchase, and the man who while owning slaves, set in motion the ideals that freed those slaves. As well as freeing his own slaves.

Charlie Kirk further makes the point that the students who spit on returning soldiers during the Vietnam war, who waved North Vietnamese and Soviet/Chinese flags, are the ones teaching at colleges nationwide as tenured professors now, running the rabidly anti-American education system, and running the mainstream liberal news media, leading the charge to delegitimize our nation's history and right to exist.

By the way, one of those of the 1960's Left, who has praised communist governments in Russia, China, Cuba, Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, the Sandinistas in Nicaragua and yet never has anything good to say about the U.S., who had a Soviet flag on the wall of his mayor's office for ten years in Burlinton, Vermont to manifest his solidarity with the Soviets, is now one of the leading Democrat candidates, Bernie Sanders.

Likewise Bill and Hillary Clinton.
And any of the current 25 Democrat primary candidates.
And even the second tier of potential Democrat candidates below them, such as race-baiting America-haters Stacy Abrams and Andrew Gillum.

The Ward Churchills, the William Ayers's, the Howard Zinns are propagandizing us toward rejecting the values that made us a great nation. And the DNC is the party of the Cultural Marxist insurrection.

See the cited examples above, M E M.
That's far from a complete list of Democrat anti-Americanism examples.

Senator Dick Durbin (D-MI) compared U.S. soldiers in Iraq to "Nazi storm troopers, Soviet Gulags and the Pol Pot regime". Despite that it was videotaped, instead of apologizing he claimed he was "misquoted" and on PBS News Hour a week after in 2004 denied he had ever said it.

Senator Kamala Harris earlier this year in Senate hearings with an ICE official tried to get him to agree with her that ICE is seen "by certain communities" as just like the Ku Klux Klan.
https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/...en_ice_kkk.html

Your entire party condemned President Trump's planned July 4th celebration to honor our military, giving the military an increased visible appreciation for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom as a "stunt", and as "politicizing" the July 4th celebration.
https://www.foxnews.com/us/trump-salutes...battle-not-over

Democrats polled overwhelmingly do not feel proud to be American, or that the U.S. is an exceptional nation.
https://www.breitbart.com/2020-election/...ad-of-july-4th/

Democrats overwhelmingly don't support the pledge of allegience. Only 34% think it is "important". Many Democrats see themselves as world citizens with a loyalty to globalism over the United States.
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/...ance-important/
https://thehill.com/opinion/immigration/426261-time-to-update-the-pledge-of-allegiance

Democrats seem to have exceptionally low respect for our military and for police. And consistently want to slash our military and undermine our national defense and sovereignty. Breitbart says Demcorats join Republicans in supporting our military, but as I cited above, and from comments of groups like CodePink and Moveon.Org, I frankly don't see that Democrats do.
You may feel patriotism, but multiple polls of those in your party, as well as a multitude of public comments by Democrat leaders, show that Democrats as a whole do not.

Protesters clash after American flag burned outside White House before Trump's July 4th event

 Quote:

Washington (CNN) — Leftist protesters burned an American flag outside the White House on Thursday and then clashed with supporters of President Donald Trump, including the far-right Proud Boys group, not long before Trump took the stage for his "Salute to America."

The protests, which turned into violent clashes at times, took place just blocks from crowds who had gathered to watch Trump's July Fourth speech and fireworks displays on the National Mall.

Led by activist Joey Johnson, a group from the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA, linked arms and set an American flag on fire outside as they chanted, "America was never great." The Secret Service intervened quickly to extinguish the fire.

"Burn, baby, burn," the protesters chanted.

In a news release before the event, Johnson said he was leading the protest because "I'm going to be speaking to the people of the world letting them know that there are people inside the borders of this country who stand with the people of the world."

After the flag was extinguished, Johnson's group clashed with a group of pro-Trump protesters, who began chanting, "Trump 2020." The two groups traded chants and scuffles that occasionally turned violent.

These folks would fit right in with the Hillary 2016 voter "RESIST" mobs.
And the Maxine Waters flag-burners I posted above.

I posted it elsewhere, but it definitely belongs here:

ANTIFA MEMBERS ATTACK SPOKANE, WASHINGTON ICE DETENTION CENTER, TAKE DOWN U.S. FLAG, RAISE MEXICAN FLAG

and

OCASIO-CORTEZ SAYS BORDER PATROL DETENTION CENTERS JUST LIKE NAZI CONCENTRATION CAMPS
And of course despite the obvious fabrication, her entire party doubled down behind her.

I'm quite sure the Nazi SS who worked in actual concentration camps paid money for toothbrushes, toys and personal gifts for Jews, just like Border Patrol do for these illegal immigrants. Yeah... maybe not.

And gee, that sounds just like Senator Dick Durbin (D-MI), comparing U.S. soldiers in Iraq in 2004 to "Soviet Gulags, Nazi storm troopers and the Pol Pot regime."

And John Kerry during the Vietnam war in 1971, alleging things he later admitted he never saw any U.S. soldiers actually do in Vietnam: "personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside"

Y'know, I'm seeing a pattern here.

Not just one war, not just one generation, but consistently, liberals hating America.

That... doesn't even make sense. I clearly was being sarcastic. I certainly don't think U.S. Border Patrol agents are like Nazis. I made clear reference to the fact that Border Patrol agents pay out of their own salaries for things the illegal immigrants in their care need. Things that the House Democrats deny funding for, that these Border Patrol agents compassionately provide. Even providing toys. Far from Nazis, or the guards at concentration camps.

My precise point is that these border agents are not like Nazis.
Clearly not.

Can you be more specific?

I've made the point that large swaths of the Democrat/Left want to suppress any free speech they don't like as "hate speech". That is like the Nazis. Democrats want to silence their political opposition, rather than engage in debate where their Leftist ideas lose.

Democrats have violently attacked over 600 Trump supporters nationwide, for things as simple as wearing a Trump-MAGA hat. A clear attempt, like the Nazis, to intimidate into silence their political opposition.

Democrats have weaponized the agencies of government, such as IRS (Lois Lerner), FBI, DOJ, OSHA, ATF, EPA and others to attack Republican grassroots organizers and financial donors, to intimidate them away from Republican political activity and support, and intimidate others by making them an example. THAT is like the Nazis.

After an Antifa activist fired an automatic weapon and fire-bombed an ICE detention facility in Tacoma, Washington a few days ago, and was shot and killed by police, trying to terrorize government officials away from enforcing immigration law, no one, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE in the Democrat party will condemn Antifa or the actions of this Antifa sack of shit. Or condemn the broader ongoing attacks nationwide by Antifa. Because they, the Democrat party, are aligned with Antifa. And Antifa's violence and intimidation, nationwide, advances Democrat liberal-progressive goals. THAT is like the nazis.

Feel free, M E M, to express where you disagree with or condemn any of these Nazi-like violence and intimdation activities by your own party. Not just maniacs like Ocasio-Cortez or Rashida Tlaib, but NO ONE, even in the innermost center of your Democrat party, steps forward to condemn them.
NO ONE!

Because the core of the Democrat leadership endorses these things as a way to advance their goals. Democrats have officially become the Bolshevik party.

Tucker Carlson, July 16, 2019, Tuesday

This might be the single best episode of Carlson's show I've seen. Every segment perfectly deconstructed the radicalism, anarchy and hatred of the Democrat/Left, both in Washington leadership and in the media, and leftist groups like Antifa.
In each case, the astonishing facts that are selectively omitted from the other netwworks.

Particularly at CNN, who actively cheer on Antifa violence, and refuses to comment on a program where one of their anchors gleefully praised Antifa and their brandishing of weapons, and even showed the Tacoma shooter who was shot dead by police as he shot up and firebombed a Tacoma, Washington ICE detention center.
CNN's news editor and executives: no comment.
Ocasio-Cortez, Tlaib, Pressley and Omar: no comment.
All absolutely refused to comment on or condemn an act of terror on police and ICE federal agents.

In point of fact, NOT ONE DEMOCRAT IN THE COUNTRY would condemn Antifa or the attack on the Tacoma center.
Who hates America? I'd say it's the Democrats and reporters who can't bring themselves to condemn or even comment on a terrorist attack on our country.

CNN can't even say they won't re-air the program that gushed with praise on the Antifa shooter.
But yeah, Democrats expend all their energy passing a condemnation of Trump's Twiiter post about the 4 craziest Democrat women in Congress, 240-187. Wow, these Democrats sure have their priorities straight.

Thank God they didn't, y'know, use that energy to pass a bill to stop a million illegal immigrants from entering the country this year, that have already cost U.S. taxpayers $146 billion, in not even the first 7 months of this year. Wow are these Dems on the pulse of what matters.

And by the way: in February Dems could have passed a bill for $5 billion to build border walls in the most vulnerable sectors that would have brought border crossings to a screaming halt. Not passing it has allowed illegal crossings to run rampant, and already cost $146 billion, roughly 15 times the cost. And the year is only half over. Thanks, Dems!

Sean Hannity, 7/16/2019 (replay at 1 AM)

Hannity likewise does a splendid job of pointing out the incredible hypocrisy of the Democrat leadership and their allies in the liberal media. Dems rail on Trump as "racist", even as the 2020 candidates, along with past racist ties and words of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, and the current governor and lieutenant governor of Virginia are balls deep in racist/KKK/blackface and rape scandals. There is no longer even any call from Democrat leadership or the media for them to leave office! And yet they accuse Republicans of racism and corruption?

Virtually every 2020 Democrat presidential candidate has made public appearances with incendiary racist Al Sharpton.
Barack Obama appeared with Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and (black Hitler himself) Louis Farrakhan! This is a guy who said Adolf Hitler was a "great man", and openly praised genocide of the Jews, has damn near said the same thing of all whites, who he refers to as "white devils".... and not a word of condemnation from either Dems or the liberal media.
Likewise "hate America" Rev. Jeremiah Wright, whose church Obama regularly attended for 20 years, who conducted Obama's wedding and baptism of his children, who Obama praises as his "spiritual mentor", who Obama quotes in his autobiography! Not a word of condemnation from the media.
Or the other assorted Klansman, racists, race-baiters and white-haters in the Democrat party.

That's just for openers. There are many other examples to cite of Democrat racism and hatred of America, 50 years ago, or within the last month.

Or Rep. Ayanna Pressley(D-MA), one of the "four horsewomen of the Apocalypse" who was been at the center of the media storm for the last few days, who said "We don't need more black faces who don't speak with black voices."
That's pretty damn racist. And it basically says that blacks don't have a right to politically disagree and be conservative, that they have to be liberal Democrats or shut up. Perhaps even implying a need to physically silence those who don't shut up. But somehow these comments are invisible to the liberal media, and selectively omitted from coverage, despite that this woman has been the lead story and front-page news for 3 days.

There's a lot of crossover between liberal race-baiting demagoguery, and liberals who hate America.

IRAN ADOPTS U S MEDIA TALKING POINT: THAT "U.S. ADVENTURISM" CAUSED "HUMAN ERROR" THAT IRAN SHOT DOWN AIRLINER AND KILLED 175 PEOPLE

 Quote:
After first denying responsibility for the Ukrainian airliner that crashed near Tehran, killing everyone onboard, Iranian authorities conceded early Saturday that they had accidentally shot it down — but that “U.S. adventurism” was to blame.

Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Sharif tweeted his official statement, calling it a “sad day” and offered “our profound regrets” to those affected by the tragic turn of events — but reserving some blame for the United States. “Human error at time of crisis caused by US adventurism led to disaster,” his tweet read.

Talking points repeated by both the liberal media, and by House and Senate Democrats and 2020 Democrat candidates.

Unlike patriotic U.S. citizens who are glad General Soleimani was killed, who was a designated terrorist since 2005, who designed the roadside bombs that have killed over 600 U.S. soldiers, and maimed thousands of others, and whose terrorism has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths of others in the mid east region in multiple nations over the last 2 decades, Democrats verbatim repeat the talking points of our enemy and mourn his death, and side against our country under President Trump.

I think it’s apparent who exactly is willing to turn on their fellow countrymen in favor of party over country. Democratic leadership made clear Soleimani was an evil bad guy. You embrace the lie for your party though. That is not patriotic by any means.

Democrats and the liberal media are literally repeating the talking points of Iran's foreign minister, verbatim. They say it was a mistake to kill Soleimani, and cringe at the thought it might cause Iranian reprisals against the U.S. (they were already killing Americans!)
Democrats have no regard for the thousands of Americans Soleimani's Al-Quds terrorism branch has killed or maimed. They side with Iranian terrorists rather than they defend America, side with Iran before they will admit Trump did the right thing. What clearly none of the 2020 Democrat candidates would do to protect the country.

No, that's a fact, Democrats are literally repeating the Iranian foreign minister's talking points verbatim.

I've cited several polls where Democrats are far less likely to say they are patriotic or that the U.S. is an exceptional nation. They are less likely, or even comfortable, displaying the U.S. flag. They are far less likely to support police or our military, or border security. Particularly Democrats in Washington have a disdain for our military and cut funding for it at every opportunity.

Members of Antifa who attacked ICE facilities in both Oregon and Texas were literally verbatim shouting the same rhetoric as Rep. Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez. House members Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib were condemning the killing of Soleimani and attacking the Trump White House for killing him , condemning the attack within hours of Soleimaani's death (despite that his roadside bombs haves killed over 600 Americans, and maimed at least 2,000 more, and killed tens of thousands of others throughout the mid east.)
Iranian citizens are in the streets attacking their own government at risk of their lives, openly celebrating the death of Soleimani, while House and Senate Democrats, and CNN and MSNBC repeat the lying talking points of the Iranian government, in kneejerk opposition to Trump!

My observation is that (like rabidly vocal Democrat Lt. Col. Vindman making fun of the U.S. with Russian officials) the average Democrat thinks the U.S. is less sophisticated, and far from being proud or patriotic of the U.S., they would rather re-make the U.S. into a socialist European type nation (or Cuba, or Venezuela, or the former Soviet Union). Bernie Sanders in particular has praised all these communist states endlessly. Bernie Sanders while mayor of Wilmington for a decade in the 1980's had a Soviet flag on the wall of his mayor's office in solidarity with the Russians. What would he do to the United States if he were elected president? Radically transform it.
As Obama vowed to.

As the Clintons planned to:
HILLARY CLINTON, 2016: "It's important to have a public policy and a private policy." i.e., it's important to campaign on one thing, and pursue your secret socialist anti-American agenda once elected.

But SHHHHH! Be quiet, don't tell the American people the truth about your intentions until after the election. That is precisely the advice Barack Obama gave a few weeks ago to the 2020 Democrat candidates.

And remember Barack Obama's words to then-president of Russia Dmitri Medvedev: "This is my last election. I can be much more flexible after the election.'
Medvedev, eagerly: "I will transmit this information to Vladimir!"

Amazingly, no Democrat questions the open treason of any of these Democrat remarks. No House or Senate hearings to find out the meaning or actions that followed those remarks.

And it was the same after 4 years of Jimmy Carter as president. Former assistant Reagan defense secretary K.T. McFarland said that our military was dangerously unprepared after 4 years of Carter slashing military spending. To the point that F-16's whose job was to intercept aircrift coming into U.S. air-space did not have the feul to leave the ground and do an intercept.

How much more dangerously depleted after 8 years of Obama's slashing of military spending?
Questions no Democrat asks.

But yeah, Democrats are so patriotic...

You calling something like that a fact just illustrates your hatred for half the country. Your loyalty is to your party. Like the deficit you actually weaken and destabilize this country with your extreme partisanship because it's your guy blowing it up. More helpful to the terrorist that really want us both dead equally with the Trump styled rhetoric intended to divide us.

NEW YORK TIMES (on July 4th no less!) CALLS AMERICAN FLAG A "DIVISIVE SYMBOL", N Y TIMES GETS HUGE BACKLASH FROM CONSERVATIVES

and

REP. CORI BUSH: JULY 4th IS ONLY "A HOLIDAY MEANT FOR WHITE PEOPLE"

Sure, M E M.
I only "BELIEVE" that Democrats hate the United States and undermine defense of it. rolleyes
There are two more above sourced examples (along with many other examples in this topic) that are proof of what I've said.

If I hate Democrats, it is only that large percentage that aid our enemies in attacking this country, and try to destroy the country from within.
I am friendly to Democrats (a minority in the DNC) who are patriots, who admire our founders and our history, who defend this country.

How do I know Democrats are cultural marxist lunatics who hate this country, or at best don't believe in our country and its history and founders? Because Democrats in majorities vote for people like Cori Bush, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Arianna Pressley, Maxine Waters, Jen Psaki, and most of the far-left lunatics serving in the Joe Biden administration.
They are currently trying to appoint someone connected with environmental terrorists to head the Bureau of Land Management. And even the most "moderate" Democrat in the senate, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) won't commit to opposing her nomination.

And flatout treasonous Chinese collaborators like Rep. Eric Swalwell, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Rep. Debbie Wasserman bitch-cunt Schultz, and Rep. Nancy Pelosi.
Democrats who literally employed Chinese spies in their offices for years, Democrats who were aided in their political rise by Chinese aid and funding, Democrats who made no effort to arrest these Chinese spies once exposed and actually aided their escape from the U.S.
And in the cases of Pelosi and Feinstein, their families and/or staff financially benefitted from Dominion an the Chinese rigging the 2020 election, with partial company ownership and shares in Dominion, directly profiting from overthrowing the United States government through a fraudulent election. And none of these people, NONE of them, have been removed from House and Senate committees where they continue to have access to the highest national intelligence, that in their highly compromised integrity they can still share with the Chinese communist government.
That Democrats nationwide still support and re-elect these leaders makes clear the treasonous lack of patriotism of Democrat voters nationwide. Likewise Joe and Hunter Biden, who are both corrupted, subject to blackmail by the Chinese government.

Your vicious America-hating Bolshevik party has sided for 2 years with Antifa and Black Lives Matter as they burned down 275 American cities, tore down monuments nationwide to George Washington, to Teddy Roosevelt, to Thomas Jefferson.
To Abraham Lincoln!!
Democrat speaker of the House, Rep. Nancy Pelosi's response, after months of tearing down monuments of our nation's founders: "I don't care about statues..."

Black Lives Matter and Antifa, by the way, are both organizations founded by marxists, with clear statements in their founding charters to "overthrow the United States" and to "destroy the nuclear family", the nuclear family one of the three "pillars of Democracy" as cited by Italian Marxist Gramsci that have to be destroyed for a Cultural Marxist revolution to work (the other two pillars being nationalism, and the Christian church, all three being pillars where values are taught to people, that are opposing values systems to marxist indoctrination.)

These Democrat leaders are clearly cheering on the slander and destruction of our country. There is nothing "partisan" about me saying that. That is clearly what they are doing, without question!
They are not defending our history, our heroes, our monuments, our borders, our economy, our military or our people !

They would gladly let the nation be destroyed, and replaced with a Marxist authoritarian government. And clearly, in the Biden administration, we already have an authoritarian government (if not a Marxist authoritarian government), hiding behind barbed wire fences and thousands of soldiers in Washington DC since January 20th, the moment Biden was inaugurated. And they are abusing and weaponizing the FBI, DOJ, CIA, NSA, DHS and other law enforcement agencies against the ACTUAL patriots who believe in and defend our country and its history, labelling them "domestic terrorists" and white supremacists, imprisoning hundreds as a show of their power, to slander, intimidate and crush the will of those ACTUAL patriots nationwide who are attempting to defend and preserve our Constitutional republic and its laws, from the marxist lunatics who stole an election to seize power.

A helpful map of U.S. territory over the 80 years or so prior to the Civil War in 1861:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:US_Slave_Free_1789-1861.gif

Roughly half the country prohibited slavery from at least the time the Constitution and Bill of Rights were drafted and signed. Clearly, there were those pushing for the remainder of the U.S. to become sfree of slavery, across all that time. The part of the Constitution (Article 1, Section 2, paragraph 3) that discusses apportionment of U.S. Representatives by population also includes terms for indentured servants, excludes native Americans who did not pay taxes, and "three fifths of all other persons" (so slaves were counted as three-fifths of a person). And this was likewise established by anti-slavery advocates in the Constitution by those who did not want slave states to be over-represented by slave populations, especially since slaves had no representation. So this too, rather than to de-humanize slaves, was to prevent them from being used as political leverage for slave states, to give greater leverage to free states to scale back and abolish slavery.

White abolitionists worked for, and in many cases died, to bring freedom to slaves, in the decades leading up to the Civil War.
Regarding the divisive calls for reparations, about 600,000 gave their lives in the Civil War. That is already a heavy price. And slaves were given land and other benefits, a form of reparations, at the end of the Civil War.

And most of all, blacks have risen to high positions in every profession for over 60 years now. Black generals, a black chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Black cabinet members OF BOTH PARTIES, a black president in Barack Obama, a black vice president Kamala Harris. A black Rep. Cori Bush, a black Rep. "Mad" Maxine Waters. And multiple other black Senators and House members, OF BOTH PARTIES.
So... it rings rather hollow when Cori Bush and Maxine Waters unleash their venom that July 4th and the U.S. Constitution are "only a source of celebration for white people".

America-hating Rep. Ilhan Omar also has reason to celebrate, since if she were not permitted to immigrate to the U.S. from her famine and war-infested nation of Somalia, her and her family would likely have dies. Or at least, would have remained in oppression and bitter poverty. She is so oppressed in America that she became a U.S. Representative for the Minneapolis region of Minnesota, and has used that position for over 2 years to relentlessly slander and attack, divide and undermine the nation who saved her. God forbid she should show some grattitude to the nation that has given her so much. Including the ability to steal campaign funds and marry her brother in a sham marriage to further abuse the nation that took her and her family in.

Even if they want to give exposure to the mis-steps of American history, I think the U.S. has compensated those wronged better than any other nation. Black historian Thomas Sowell said that the blacks descended from slaves in the U.S. are 20 to 50 times better off than the blacks who currently remain in Africa, by every measure, including wages, freedom, safety from violence, and healthcare.
But hey, silly me, thinking they might be grateful for that.

They are the destroyers of black America, not its saviors. And destroying the nation in the process.

https://www.discoverthenetworks.org/organizations/black-lives-matter-blm (Rep. Cori Bush included)

https://api.discoverthenetworks.org/individual/ilhan-omar/

https://www.discoverthenetworks.org...-by-trashing-declaration-of-independence

https://www.discoverthenetworks.org/organizations/critical-race-theory
(Barack Obama, by the way, hidden by the liberal media, is a huge advocate of critical race theory and its creator Derrick Bell, and actually gave an enthusiastic introduction to Bell in late 1980's at a speaking appearance, captured and exposed on video during the 2008 campaign.)

And if those aren't enough, if the Congressional Black Caucus REALLY wants something to be ashamed of...

https://www.discoverthenetworks.org/news/congressional-black-caucus-supports-omars-anti-semitism

Not to mention that Democrat/Leftist policy is taking cops off the streets, which is actually allowing more violence and shootings of black Americans. Whereas the approach of the last 30 years, as exemplified by then-New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, and the nationwide approach of incarcerating violent criminals, actually saved tens of thousands of lives, many if not most of them black.

I just watch the videos of the attack on the capitol and the quickness to jettison democratic principles in an effort by a minority to hang onto power and see more than just one side. You need to cast a whole side as hating America when I see you actually loving only the hate on your side.

I realize that is your party's lying narrative.

It ignores 275 cities burned and looted in 2020 by Democrat/Liberal BLM/Antifa mobs, cheered on by virtually every Democrat leader, as they tore down and in some cases urinated on statues of our nation's founders. Including attacks far more "inssurrectionist" in nature, and with far greater destruction, on Trump's White House, on federal buildings nightly sieges in Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles and other cities, in months-long sieges, that are still continuing, killing 25 people including police and civilians, injuring over 2,000 police officers nationwide, even in some cases attacking and killing other BLM supporters,.
Insurrectionist attacks on ICE compounds and federal agents, where BLM and Antifa used military weapons and tactics on police and federal agents, incited by rhetoric of Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, that they recited verbatim as they fired AR-15 rifles at ICE agents.
All THIS you ignore, for delusional partisan one-sided reasons.

AGAIN: In your own city of Minneapolis, BLM burned a police station to the ground, and burned and looted FIVE ENTIRE MILES of stores and businesses.

As compared to the Capitol building on Jan 6th, where there were no guns used or confiscated, NONE, according to FBI counter-terrorism assistant director Jill Sanborn in Senate hearings, NOT ONE.

You vastly exaggerate what were clearly riots, where some windows were smashed, some of Pelosi's personal letters stolen (and recovered), Pelosi's podium stolen, a desk that got peed on, and a few scattered clashes with a dozen or so cops. In only one video did I see any real "violence" between police and protestors, and the protestors in that 30-minute video only penetrated about 70 feet or so into an outer hallway of the Capitol, and with some effort the police completely pushed them out within 30 minutes.

Your side created a completely false "FIVE PEOPLE KILLED BY WHITE RACIST INSURRECTIONIST TRUMP SUPPORTERS" narrative.
A complete lie, exposed 2 months later as:
1 heart attack,
2 strokes (including officer Brian Sicknick, that his own brother reported as a stroke back on Jan 8th) ,
1 drug overdose death, and
1 Trump supporter (Ashli Babbitt) shot for no good reason by an anonymous Capitol police officer, in a clear case of excessive force, that for corrupt reasons no one wants to prosecute.

What occurred in the Capitol were about 3 hours of sporadic riots and mischief (NOT "insurrection") and without even needing to clean up, the joint session House and Senate came back and concluded their electoral college business in the same room, with no visible damage. There were no burned buildings, there were no hostage-takings, there was no occupied or seized territory, THERE WERE NO GUNS. There was no "insurrection", just a lying Democrat narrative. There were many exaggerations and false narratives created by Democrats, now disproven, but that is the full extent of the damage.

No actual "WHITE RACIST TRUMP SUPPORTERS KILLED 5 PEOPLE"
No "CAPITOL POLICE OFFICER KILLED BY WHITE RACIST TRUMP SUPPORTERS".
No " WHITE RACIST TRUMP SUPPORTER KILLED OFFICER SICKNICK BY BLUDGEONING HIM WITH A FIRE EXTINGUISHER", no "CAPITOL POLICE OFFICER DIED BECAUSE OF REACTION TO CHEMICAL SPRAYED BY TRUMP RACISTS" no "BEAR SPRAY CAUSED SICKNICK'S STROKE", no "PEPPER SPRAY CAUSED SICKNICK'S STROKE". Every last one of those narratives was proven to be a lie and completely unfactual, and even finally retracted after 4 months in late April by George Orwell's New York Times, who initially created the narrative.
And since Sicknick's own brother said the officer died of a stroke, I think it was clearly a deliberate false narrative kept alive for those 4 months by collaborative lies, by the DC coroner's office, by the Capitol police department, and by the New York Times and other media. They kept that lie alive for 4 months.

And the video footage inside the Capitol, showing every second Officer Sicknick clashed with those who came inside the Capitol, shows that at no point was any extinguisher thrown at Sicknick, at no point was anything sprayed on Sicknick.

Every one of these media narratives, including the "insurrection" narrative, have been PROVEN false.
Jill Sanborn proved that "insurrection" narrative false, when she revealed there were no guns confiscated either in the Capitol building or anywhere in Washington Square that day.

Out of "well over 100,000" Trump supporters in the area, as reported by OAN's Jack Posobiec, who was there all day, and videotaped a panorama from the roof of the Capitol of the crowds as evidence of the protest's size, there were only about 600 who entered the Capitol building at all, and over 90% of them were only cited for "tresspassing" or "violating curfew".
That leaves about 50 who were charged with any kind of violence.

As said previously (1) 10 to 20 of those were John Earle Sullivan and his Anfifa/BLM group, who videotaped THEIR destruction (which they videotaped, and openly gloated about blaming on Trump supporters). And (2) as reported by Tucker Carlson and others, the FBI's own investigation reports from Jan 6th mention about 20 "un-indicted co-conspirators" (i.e., either FBI undercover agents, or FBI informants), and one of those agents shared a hotel room with the head of the Oath Keepers who were there that day, and this "un-indicted co-conspirator" appears to be the one who laid out the plan for violent protests, that those in the Oath Keepers group were persuaded to go along with (of which I recall 3 were indicted for). So if that turns out to be the case, NONE of this would have occurred if not for the FBI's orchestration of it, TO FRAME and discredit Trump supporters.

Very similar to the alleged "white supremacist" plot to kidnap Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, where 5 are believed to have been involved, and 2 of the 5 were FBI agents or informants, including the one who proposed the kidnapping plan!

This also follows the FBI plan in 2016 to send "assets" such as Natalia Veselnitskaya posing as Russian agents, and other U.S. agents infiltrating the Trump campaign such as Stefan Halper, to offer illegal Russian information and Hillary Clinton e-mails to Trump officials as bait, to entrap them to buy or receive information they never sought without it being solicited. And fortunately they didn't take the bait, and actually reported the offers (Roger Stone, Jerome Corsi, Michael Caputo) to the FBI !
The FBI were disappointed they didn't take the bait, but never investigated, because it was completely a deceitful FBI operation.

This also resembles in 2016 when Democrat operatives were hired to disguise themselves as Trump supporters and infiltrate a Trump rally, and start violence to be blamed on "violent Trump supporters". The thugs involved openly bragged on camera about their plot, about being hired and paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign to do so, boasting of being paid through "a double-wall of deniability". The video is still available to view on Project Veritas' website, and last I looked, on Youtube as well.

There's also the "Fast and Furious" use of ATF to sell guns to Mexican drug cartels, that were used to kill a U.S. border guard, and also dozens of Mexican civilians. This was also an Obama plot, to sell guns used for violence to Mexican cartels, and then blame U.S. gun retailers for the violence, to rationalize a federal crackdown on U.S. gun retailers, but the plan went wrong, and was exposed. Katie Pavelich documented this Obama scheme in her book on the subject.

There is a consistent pattern of Democrat false-flag operations and frame-ups, to blame Republicans and Trump supporters, and to weaponize federal agencies against them. Your alleged Jan 6th "insurrection" narrative has likewise been revealed to be absolute shit garbage.
50 people, out of over 100,000 Trump supporters on Jan 6th is far from an "insurrection", even if all 50 had guns and a military plan, which they didn't. But as I said, evidence shows 10 or 20 of them were BLM/Antifa (John Earle Sullivan's group) and 20 more of them were FBI agent "un-indicted co-conspirators" , which accounts for most of the 50 not even being actual Trump supporters. And possibly none of the orchestrators of violence (what little violence actually did occur that day) were actual Trump supporters, possibly just a few dupes who were tricked into going along with BLM/Antifa or FBI false-flag operations on Jan 6th.

Radical woke ideology is spreading messages of hate across the country. In this special report, Pearson Sharp exposes how progressive agendas like critical race theory are being used to indoctrinate children and even turn America’s military into a training ground for Marxist recruits.
