You're responding to my posts, M E M, but I don't know specifically what parts you're responding to.

I'm just guessing in an attempt to answer you, but if you mean the undercover FBI agents that FBI has admitted to having in the Trump protester crowd on January 6 2021, I already said that I'm confident these are not all the agents they had in the crowd that day, but only THE ONES FBI AND DHS ARE ADMITTING TO.
And FBI is only admitting this many because they feel it is imminent that these operations will be exposed, and so gamble that it looks slightly better for FBI if they admit to this much, before it is exposed by the media or by patriotic agents disgusted by these abuses, who will be willing to come forward once Trump is back in power, and at the point they know their own agencies won't srill be able to destroy them just for being whistleblowers willing to come forward and expose corruption.

And we saw plenty of whistleblowers destroyed in that way in IRS, FBI and other agencies, who came forward to tell the truth about Hunter Biden's laptop and tax evasion, and instanly saw themselves punished, demoted, and their careers ended in retribution.


I think in many cases there is an emboldened arrogance to FBI leadership, having gotten away with its abuses of power since at least 2005 and not getting caught :

1) The malicious prosecution of Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska), whose FBI prosecution was so malicious that it was overturned unanimously by the U.S. Supreme Court. But Senator Ted Stevens still lost his Senate sea to a Democrat (which I think was precisely the plan of the FBI agents involved in the accusations and prosecution)

2) The malicious prosecution of Scooter Libby for allegedly outing Valerie Plame. But the FBI prosecutors involved in that case quickly figured out it was deputy defense secretary Richard Armitage who UNINTENTIONALLY gave hints to reporter Robert Novak who wrote the story outing Plame.
So it was NOT Scooter Libby.
Novak was given the idea that former ambassador Joe Wilson's wife might be employed by the CIA by Armitage. And independent of that, Novak used reference materials on his own to figure out her name.
This Libby prosecution was all just so Democrat agents in the FBI could could help the Democrats across the 2006 and 2008 elections by creating the narrative of "Republican culture of corruption" and "convicted criminals in the Bush administration".
But oddly completely bypassed any attempt to prosecute Richard Armitage, and FBI / Fitzgerald were super gung ho about maliciously prosecuting Scooter Libby, even though he was innocent, just to get a Bush administration scalp to feed their Democrat election narrative. They convicted Libby. And in July 2007 then-president Bush commuted Scooter Libby's sentence, but Libby still had a $250,000 fine, and parole, but without time in prison.

And then in 2018, President Trump revisited the case and fully pardoned Scooter Libby, essentially clearing Libby's criminal record away.
But that still didn't erase the YEARS of time, legal fees and prosecution from 2005-2007. The average prosecution by the FBI costs the person charged between $400,000 and 700,000 in legal costs. And as said previously, that is intended by the Democrat-Bolsheviks to be a punishment and intimidation factor in itself, whether or not the person is actually convicted.

3) The endless weaponization of the FBI by Democrat-Bolshevik agents from 2016 forward : James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bill Priestap, Kevin Clinesmith, on and on.
I don't even have to list the specific abuses of power by FBI, the specifics are so well publicized and well known, and far from just "conspiracy theory".
NO, M E M, not theory, they are FACTS.

Peter Strzok and another senior FBI agent, Joe Pienka, were sent by Andrew McCable to the White House in Jan 2017 to interview Michael Flynn for the expressed purpose of snaring Flynn in a manufactured perjury trap. Absolute FACT.
In a January 5th 2017 Oval Office meeting that involved Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Sally Yates, James Comey, Susan Rice. they discussed fearing Michael Flynn as incoming director of national intelligence, so they plotted to bury him in prosecution and scandal to have him removed, to prevent him from discovering and exposing the criminal details of the Iran nuclear deal, and other abuses of the FBI , especially "unmasking" FISA / FBI surveiled phone calls from 2009-2016 by the Obama administration, and doing surveillance of highly placed Republicans. Rice and Yates made notes that document the agenda of that January 5th meeting. Absolute fact.
And all 7 involved in that meeting should be criminally prosecuted.

And that's not even getting into Strzok and Page's text messages back and forth discussing how they were going to use their FBI positions (in 2016) to prevent Trump from becoming president, Strzok saying "we will stop it."
And in a later message, Strzok discussing how if Trump (in 2016) did become President, that Strzok would set up an "insurance policy" where even if Trump became president, they would use the FBIt to bury Trump in smears, scandal and investigation, to cripple Trump's presidency, and even remove Trump as president through impeachment. And certainly, use these manufactured scandals to lower Trump in the polls in the 2018 mid-term, and 2020 election.



4) FBI, DOJ, CIA using their positions to protect Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, and to rig the 2020 election.
The Twiter files, where Priestap and other FBI and CIA agents took private-sector jobs for social media giants, and used their positions to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story and suppress it from being availlable on Facebook, Twitteer, Google and so forth where the public could learn the Biden laptop facts. FBI leadership deceitfully labelled the Biden laptop "Russian disinformation", despite that they KNEW then it was factual. And from late 2021 forward, the public now knows the Hunter Biden laptop was factual. And when roughly 20% of Democrat voters polled consistently have said for years that if they knew in Nov 2020 the authenticity of the e-mails on Hunter Biden's laptop, they would NOT have voted for Joe Biden in Nov 2020. Absolute fact.
And ignoring the many other ways the Democrats cheated in 2020, that suppression alone rigged the 2020 election.

5) And the 51 intelligence officials organized by Anthony Blinkin to sign a fake letter saying that the Hunter Biden laptop "has all the earmarks of a Russian disinformation campaign" , but all 51 were just Democrat operatives creating a false campaign narrative to help Biden win the 2020 election, and NONE OF THE 51 HAD EVEN READ the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop when they signed onto that letter and narrative. It was just a DNC dirty trick to help their corrupt guy, and corrupt party, win.

And then after Trump left office in 2021, the FBI raid on Mar A Lago, the faked photos created by the FBI during the raid of documents, *NOT* as Trump stored them a Mar A Lago.

The National Archives and the FBI conspired to create a fake narrative and FBI case that Trump had mishandled documents, despite that Trump and his staff cooperated with FBI and the National Archives completely for 2 years before the FBI raid. But FBI alleged Trump didn't cooperate with FBI, to rationalize the Mar A Lago raid. While completely ignoring the ACTUAL mishandled illegal documents Joe Biden had, in multiple locations, that Biden (as aa Senator and as Vice President) NEVER had the presidential authority to possess, with carelessly stored documents in his garage and elsewhere spanning back to 1973.

And then FBI, DOJ, The Biden White House, Fannie Willis, Nathan Wade, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James and several corrupt judges all coordinated and conspired to frame Trump and convict Trump in 4 (coordinated) separate trials, to prevent Trump from being able to campaign, and/or slander Trump so he would drop in the polls and not be able to win, even if he continued to run.

Plus two assassination attempts, where Trump was purposefully left exposed and unprotected by a Democrat-Bolshevik Secret Service and FBI in Butler, PA, and a second time on his own golf course in West Palm Beach. The Secret Service and FBI's intent was to let the shooter(s) get off their shots, AND THEN apprehend them once the assassination was completed, and at that point say oops, we got the shooter, but not in time to save the president.

Thomas Michael Crooks' family went silent after the assassination attempt, and lawyered up with the same (CIA-connected) law firm that represented Alexander Vindman.
The second shooter, Ryan Routh, has travelled extensively to other battle-torn islamic countries worldwide, and Ukraine, and CLEARLY is an asset of the CIA and FBI, because no one who wasn' t could travel back and forth that easily to and from those countries. And Ryan Routh's girlfriend (who disappeared without a trace, never idenified, never found) is clearly another FBI or CIA asset, because no one could so thoroughly disappear from agencies with the FBI and CIA's resources to investigate her, unless she was a federal operative.

And Peter Strzok's later text to Page that they would "create an insurance policy"in case Trump won in Nov 2016, to cripple Trump's presidency, so that even if Trump won, he would be smothered by fake allegations and federal investigations so he would be unable to govern effectively.

* (1) The FBI counter-intelligence investigation for Russia collusion.
The House (2) and Senate (3) investigations of the same.
ALL were ended because of absolutely no evidence of any wrongdoing on Trump's part.

* James Comey leaking classified documents (and somehow not indicted for that himself !) in order to politically trigger forming of the Mueller special investigation, on MORE false charges. That the 100% Democrat-donating Mueller investigative team KNEW in the first 3 months or less was unwarranted and, unspoken by them to the public, proved Trump had done nothing wrong. But that they deliberately stretched the investigation 2 and a half more years, to influence the 2018 mid-term election, in favor of Team Democrat.

* Then (5) the fake whistleblower report, and the first fake impeachment, over a piddly misrepresented phone call to Ukraine president Zelenskyy.

* Then (6) the fake 2nd Trump impeachment over the fake-narrative January 6th 2021 "insurrection". And the two of them racked up large sums of money on the state's district attorney expense tab, on "business" vacations across the U.S. in resort hotels to carry on their porn-plot-like sexual liasons. They are corrupt to the point of being a joke. And the case will be completely dismissed.
How is that "running out the clock"?

You celebrate the E Jean Carroll verdict in a completely ridiculous case, as evaluated by the finest legal minds in the country, such as Alan Dershowitz, and Jonathan Turley, among others, that Trump even quoted in his final statements in court.
E Jean Carroll could not give any specifics about her alleged sexual assault by Trump, what day it allegedly occurred, what month, even what YEAR !
But Trump was found GUILTY?!?
A ridiculous verdict, that will inevitably be overturned on appeal. A guilty verdict only made possible by an incredibly biased prosecutor, an outrageously biased judge, and a 93% foaming-at-the-mouth Trump hating jury, that decided they were going to find Trump guilty before the first piece of evidence was shown, just to give a win to the Democrat-Bolshevik party they support, and to stick it to Trump.

Likewise the Stormy Daniels "non-disclosure agreement" case. Where in the real world of New York state law against any other accused person, even if Trump had actually committed a crime, it writing "legal expenses" on the check re-imbursing attorney Michael Cohen" would have been a misdemeanor with a fine of at most $200 for the one charge.
But Trump committed not even this, his then-attorney Michael Cohen handled the Stormy Daniels payment completely on his own, Cohen selling some of his own property to have the cash to write Stormy Daniels the negotiated $130,000 check.
Then sometime after the election, Michael Cohen billed Trump for "legal expenses" that included the Daniels check and other legal matters (including a fraudulent $40,000 that Cohen overbilled for, just because he felt Trump owed him for an annual bonus Trump didn't give Cohen previously, so Cohen just billed a fake charge, CLEAR fraud against Trump).

Oh, AND the statute of limitations to even charge a $200 fine (if guilty, but Trump wasn't) was long expired.
But somehow the prosecutor did a magic trick and collaborated with operatives in the Biden DOJ (which is illegal) to magically turn this one correct "legal expenses" label on a check (which it was) in a non-disclosure agreement. And somehow the prosecutor and Biden's weaponized DOJ resurrected that tiny expired possible misdemeanor fine, and turned it into 34 Federal felonies.

Trump did not estimate the value of Mar A Lago, professional property assessors did.
And then the Deutsche Bank, who gave the property loan to Trump, did not challenge that estimated value, because the bank's own real estate assessors came up independently with the same estimated value.
And Deutsche Bank further testified IN COURT that there was nothing improper by Trump or his organization in securing the loan, every payment by the Trump organization was on time, and Deutsche Bank made a huge profit, and would eagerly lend to the Trump organization again.

And Biden's FBI waited 3 years to arrest her, on her 2nd day out of town on a vacation.
Once again, confronted by 7 armed FBI agents, when given how minor the accusation, they could have just called her to come in.

And once again, compare that to the two BLM lawyers in New York City, who threw a Molotov cocktail at 2 police officers in a police car, with the clear intent to burn them alive. But in contrast... no prosecution, no need for them to even hire a lawyer, the two were just set free, for a far more serious crime.
But the 5"1' girl who did nothing would have been prosecuted, if not for Donald Trump's pardon 5 days ago.

And no doubt, virtually all of the 1,500 arrested have similar stories of overkill FBI arrests and prosecutions.

American Greatness reporter Julie Kelly, interviewed today on Newsmax, who wrote a book about the FBI orchestration and weaponization of January 6th to make mass arrests, said the stories coming out over the next few months will sicken people as they become known. This one already has.

I've been CRYSTAL clear in my posts why based on THE FACTS I condemned these Republicans' actions (Mike Pence, John Roberts, Mich McConnell, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Susan Collins, and low-level self-promoters like Alyssa Fara in Trump's first term who used betraying Trump to get high-paying positions on shows like The View) .

As for my "attack law enforcement for publicly talking about the injuries they received on Jan 6", (again, no cited examples by you), I NEVER did that.

I specifically excoriated 4 officers who testified before the January 6th committee for acting as Democrat agents, and not as detached witness cops. In the months BEFORE their testimony, and in their testimony that they clumsily and inarticulately read from someone else's script THAT DAY in the Jan 6th hearings, they were acting as partisan Democrat party agents, NOT as police officers.

FWIW, I'm pretty whatever about the vast majority of the pardons. What I find most interesting is the large number of OathKeepers and Proud Boys who didn't get one. For now, at least, Trump recognizes a distinction and didn't make it all FBI infiltration. That counts for something.

What it counts for, is even if undercover FBI agents led a false-flag operation to make the ACTUAL Trump supporters follow them into violence, a handful of actual Trump protesters still committed violence, and Trump is not pardoning those who committed violence.

But I hope Pam Bondi and the DOJ under Trump go after the false-flag FBI and other federal agents who PRETENDED to be Trump supporters and incited violence or committed it themselves.


I would also point out that the thousands of BLM and Antifa rioters in the George Floyd riots in 600 cities nationwide, that did infinitely more damage, and more damage in many other BLM/Antifa violent protests and cities nationwide before and since, virtually NONE of these violent actors were held to the same overkill FBI prosecutions as Jan 6th Trump protesters were held to.
As I've said repeatedly, the Democrat-Bolshevik / 97% Democrat-donating DOJ and FBI never even charged over 90% of BLM/Antifa people arrested, just let most of them go, so unlike 1,500 peaceful Trump supporters, these BLM/Antifa violent rioters never even had to hire a lawyer.

Whereas Jan 6 protesters (and peaceful abortion activists, and peaceful PTA protesters, and all the people surrounding Trump in FBI lawfare lawsuits) were arrested, charged the maximum, and had to spend $400,000 to $750,000, at least, to legally defend themselves against an FBI with unlimited resources to maliciously prosecute them.
And in many cases, the 1,500 Jan 6th prisoners were held in jail indefinitely, under terrible conditions (deliberately terrible, deliberately inhuman) , without trial, and without access to a lawyer.
And in several cases were beaten in their cells for EVEN ASKING to see a lawyer, or for telling family about the conditions inside the prison.
In 5 cases driven to suicide.

They've been pardoned, but there is no compensation for this malicious prosecution, the loss of their jobs, the loss of their homes and businesses, the separation from their spouses and children, for being held without trial for years, and the inhuman treatment and beatings. There is no possible compensation for that.

Even in the cases of the handful of violent Jan 6th protesters, even if they were pardoned as well, they would still have ALREADY spent way more time in jail than someone would normally be sentenced for such a crime, and CERTAINLY way more than any violent BLM, Antifa, violent animal rights activists, violent leftist environmentalists, or violent abortion activists, or violent Brett Kavanaugh supreme court nomination activists were subjected to by FBI, all of who exceeded the Jan 6th protesters in violence and number, several of these protest mobs violently invading the Capitol, but were not similarly arrested and prosecuted by the FBI.

Further, out of 17,000 total FBI agents, after Trump was inaugurated and the records were opened, it was revealed that 5,000 FBI agents were assigned to the arrest and prosecution of January 6th Trump supporters !

Trump’s Justice Department moved to dismiss Wise’s case on January 20, and the judge overseeing the case granted the request.

Wise worked for the FBI from 2004 through 2017. By the time he joined the Jan 6, 2021 assault on Congress, as lawmakers convened to certify the results of the 2020 election, Wise was working as a consultant in Oregon. He had traveled to Washington, D.C., to support Trump, according to court filings.

According to surveillance footage shared in court documents, Wise joined a mob that broke into the Capitol, and “clapped his hands and raised his arms in triumph” as he walked into the Senate wing. Two hours later, he clashed with police officers outside the building.

“You guys are disgusting,” he said, according to footage from police-worn body cameras. “I’m former law enforcement. You’re disgusting. You are the Nazi. You are the Gestapo. … Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!”
As a group of rioters pushed against police and knocked at least one officer to the ground, Wise turned towards the violence and shouted “f*** them” and “kill ‘em,” according to court filings.

So most of those indicted don't have the resources to fight an unfair and fraudulent FBI case against them, and ended up prosecuted and in prison, even though they are innocent. The only other alternative for them was to plead guilty to the overcharges, just to take a plea bargain and end their ordeal. And then the M E M's of he world could say: Look, see, they're all insurrectionists, they pleaded guilty. Ignoring that they pleaded guilty with a gun to their heads for non-crimes they are not guilty of, just to end their ordeal. this is a tactic of Soviet Russia or Communist China , or Hitler's Germany.

They were rich men, in Capuo's case a successful lawyer, andt hey would surveil him, and anyone who did business with and remained a client of Caputo was threatened, implied of not stated, that the same FBI treatment was waiting for them if they continued to use Caputo as their atorney. So FBI not only wacked Caputo with a fake malicious prosecution, they snuffed out his business and the ability to have an income to pay for his own defense. He finally , at least partially, paid for his defense with a fundraising site online.

  The Trump administration is standing by a Department of Justice official who was seen berating police officers during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack at the U.S. Capitol.
  Jared Wise, a DOJ senior adviser, can be seen on bodycam footage from the attack repeatedly yelling "kill 'em" at police officers during the attack, NPR reported Thursday.
  
  "The Trump DOJ official, Jared Wise, admitted in his testimony to urging people to kill police, but suggested he didn't mean it literally," CNN's Aaron Blake wrote Thursday morning on X.
  "DOJ's response: 'Jared Wise is a valued member of the Justice Department and we appreciate his contributions to our team.'"
  
  Wise was named an adviser to the DOJ task force that President Donald Trump established to scrutinize pardons that former President Joe Biden issued on his way out of the White House.
  Biden administration prosecutors in 2023 arrested Wise, a former FBI agent, accusing him of illegally entering the Capitol during the events of Jan. 6, and encouraging protesters to kill police officers.
  
  The Wall Street Journal reported Wise was charged with four misdemeanor counts, including disrupting the orderly conduct of government business and unlawfully entering a restricted building. He pleaded not guilty.
  Defense attorneys argued that Wise's speech was protected by the First Amendment.
  
  "There is no evidence that anyone involved in the skirmish heard and was encouraged by his words, especially given the cacophony of noise at the time," his attorney said, according to a trial transcript.
  The case against Wise was dismissed after Trump pardoned roughly 1,500 defendants in cases related to the events of Jan. 6.
  
  According to the criminal complaint, camera footage caught Wise, who was a special agent and supervisory special agent with the FBI from 2004 to 2017, going through the Capitol's Senate wing door. It said, upon entering, he "clapped his hands and raised his arms in triumph." It said Wise later exited through a window adjacent to the Senate wing door.
  
  Saying it obtained multi-angle police bodycam footage in a review of thousands of court exhibits from Jan. 6 criminal cases, NPR reported Wise called law enforcement officials "Nazi" and "Gestapo."
  The DOJ introduced the bodycam footage in Wise's trial.

The guy is a former FBI agent. And even before Trump pardoned him and 1,500 other PEACEFUL Jan 6th protesters, Jared Wise was only charged with 4 misdemeanors.

  President Donald Trump on Tuesday defended the pardons he doled out to people who were convicted for roles in the Jan. 6, 2021, protests — violent in some cases — on Capitol Hill, telling reporters that offenders have "already served years in prison."

  Trump on Monday issued a "complete and unconditional pardon" to most of the individuals who were convicted and ordered the Justice Department to drop the 470 ongoing cases. Trump commuted the sentences of another 14 but did not grant them full pardons. In all, 1,583 people were charged.
  
  He was asked about one pardon for a convicted offender who used a stun gun on a police officer.
  "We'll take a look at everything," Trump told reporters in the Roosevelt Room. "But I can say this. Murderers today are not even charged. You have murderers that aren't charged all over.
  
  "These people have already served years in prison, and they've served them viciously. It's a disgusting prison. It's been horrible. It's inhumane. It's been a terrible, terrible thing," Trump added.
  Trump was asked about recent comments made by Vice President J.D. Vance, who said on Jan. 12 that violent offenders "obviously" shouldn't be pardoned. Trump was asked why Vance's comments were wrong.
  
  "Only for this reason: They've served years in jail," Trump said, adding, "their lives have been ruined."
  "They've served years in jail, and, if you look at the American public, the American public is tired of it," he added.
  
  Trump rejected the notion that the pardons showed that it's permissible to assault police officers.
  "I am the friend of police, more than any president that's ever been in this office," he said.

A review of MPD body-worn camera footage reveals Wise engaging with police officers. At approximately 4:21 p.m., on the Upper West Terrace, Wise tells MPD officers, “You guys are disgusting. I’m former—I’m former law enforcement. You’re disgusting. You are the Nazi. You are the Gestapo. You can’t see it. . . . Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!” When violence against law enforcement began in front of Wise, including officers being knocked to the ground directly in front of him, Wise turned in the direction of the violence and shouted, “Yeah, fuck them! Yeah, kill ‘em!” A few seconds later, as assaults continued, he shouted in the direction of the rioters attacking the police line, “Kill ‘em! Kill ‘em! Kill ‘em!”
