I posted an article above from Newsmax, sourced from the Wall Street Journal, that says Jared Wise was ONLY charged with 4 misdemeanors when Trump pardoned him. So if someone here is a liar, it's you, M E M. Using ambiguous weasel-words to allege something that's not true. The Air Force decided to extend military funeral honors to deceased Senior Airman Ashli Babbitt, who was shot and killed by a police officer during the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
The decision came after Air Force leadership during the Biden administration previously denied the request in February 2021, shortly after Babbitt was killed. The decision also comes on the heels of a wrongful death settlement reached in July, which resulted in the government paying the Babbitt family nearly $5 million.
"On behalf of the Secretary of the Air Force, I write to extend the offer for Military Funeral Honors for SrA Ashli Babbitt," stated an Aug. 15 letter from the undersecretary of the Air Force, sent to Babbitt's husband, Aaron, according to the family's legal representatives. "After reviewing the circumstances of Ashli’s death, and considering the information that has come forward since then, I am persuaded that the previous determination was incorrect."
"After reviewing the circumstances of SrA Babbitt’s death, the Air Force has offered Military Funeral Honors to SrA Babbitt’s family," an Air Force spokesperson confirmed in a statement to Fox News Digital.
Babbitt was shot and killed by a U.S. Capitol police officer as she was attempting to forcibly gain access to the Capitol chambers during the events of Jan. 6. Roughly three months later the Department of Justice announced it would not be pursuing criminal charges against the officer who shot Babbitt.
Both praise and criticism followed the news that the Air Force would be granting Babbitt her military honors, previously denied under Biden.
"There is no better example of how a leader is supposed to act, than right here in this letter," said retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, a longtime Trump confidant who spent a short stint as the president's national security advisor after a long tenure in the military and time leading the Defense Intelligence Agency, in response to the undersecretary's letter restoring Babbitt's honors.

Point of fact: An UNARMED Ashli Babbitt was MURDERED by Capitol police lieutenant Michael Byrd FOR NO LOGICAL REASON, with a bullet fired THROUGH THE WINDOW OF A LOCKED DOOR. There was absolutely no way she was a threat to Byrd or anyone else, to warrant her being shot at, let alone killed. And then insult to injury, Byrd was 1) given a free pass in a fake investigation of the shooting, and 2) PROMOTED to captain. Byrd should be on death row, he killed an unarmed innocent girl. Babbitt's surviving husband has said she proudly served multiple tours in the Air Force military police, left wih full honors, and was very by the book. And several videos corroborate his assertion that on Jan 6th she was yelling at and trying to stop protesters smashing windows and other vandalism, and very vigorously tried to stop them.

I love how at one pooint in the interview, Chansley takes on a British accent and mocks the snooty nterviewing BBC anchor, and bites back at her for pushing a selective liberal narraive of Jan 6th that ignores a lot of the well known exculpatory facts, such as police were firing concussion grenades and tear gas into an up till then peaceful crowd of Trump supporters just standing around waving flags, and ONLY THEN< after pounded over and over with concussion grenades, did "all hell breaak loose" with the crowd. He obfuscates when the BBC anchor asks him why he signed the plea agreement, and tells her to "see the woods for the trees" when asked about why he signed a confession when he was not guilty. Chansley asks her if she's ever been imprisoned for a manufactured crime or been in solitary confinement, and in saying that, Chansley indirectly says that he had the weight an FBI prosecution overcharging him with many years in jail, and terrible indefinite imprisonment, unless he (with an FBI gun to his head) agreed to sign a plea bargain confession to end the ordeal. Over half of the 1500 arrested (if I recall correcttly, about 900) signed plea bargains so they could finally leave indefinite confinement wihout trial, and get back to what was left of their lives. Long-separated from their wives and children, jobs, and businesses. Many of them having lost their jobs, having their homes foreclosed, precisely because they were imprisoned indefinitely and could no longer pay their mortgages and oher bills. AGAIN: Wih no due process, no trial, no conviction, just held indefinitely until they broke and agreed to sign a plea bargain. ( i.e., plead "guilty" to crimes they did no commit, wih an FBI gun to their heads) Gee, why would Chaansley and ohers sign a plea bargain, asks the prissy BBC anchor. I can't imagine why.

Shame of a Nation , 2022 documentary on FBI persecution of January 6th protesters.
Over and over, you have partisan-Democrat agents in FBI maliciously prosecuting people who did nothing wrong, or who were at most "trespassing" (although they were tricked and misled into trespassing, by undercover FBI agents who removed the police barricades before pro-Trump protesters arrived at the Capitol, removing he barricades that would have warned them not to go in the Capitol. And in many cases (ON VIDEO) police actually opened double doors in several parts of the Capitol, AND INVITED these protesters into the building, where they just wandered around sightseeing and took some selfie photos before peacefully leaving. Again, that is entrapment, not even "trespassing".
I'm still absolutely convinced that most if not all the violent clashes with police were undercover FBI, undercover DHS, undercover DC Metro police officers, and false-flag Antifa led by John Earle Sullivan, by FBI assets like Ray Epps, all disguised as Trump supporters, who were at the center of every act of violence or vandalism / smashing of windows, to frame Trump and his supporters. Or duped protesters led into these things they never would have done on their own, This created the false pretext for Democrat schemers in FBI to arrest thousands of Jan 6 Trump supporters. And then also pro-life activists, and parents opposing woke policy at local PTA meetings, and of witnesses of Nov 2020 election fraud.
And overwhelmingly, there was no actual crime committed by these Trump supporters.
And even assuming they were not tricked and entrapped by FBI and Capitol police, virtually all were only guilty of "trespassing", that would result in only a $300 fine at most.
But a Democrat-weaponized FBI inflated these charges, and morphed them into fake "federal crimes", such as "parading", and "interrupting a federal proceeding", that inflated their prosecutions to 5 years or more in federal prison. And so the majority of the 1,500 Jan 6 protesters arrested signed plea deals, just to end their ordeal. But not before being incarcerated without trial for 2 and a half years, resulting in losing their jobs, losing their foreclosed homes, and unable to see their wives and children for all those years. All over non-crimes.
Actual JUSTICE would be all these FBI agents who orchestrated this false-flag operation, and these malicious and costly prosecutions, and unlawful imprisonment for all that time without even a trial, to THEMSELVES be arrested, incarcerated, federally prosecuted and imprisoned for the years they maliciously stole from these people.

I just made clear that a Democrat-weaponized FBI overcharged about 1,500 people who were tricked into entering the Capitol building on Jan 6th, by police/FBI removing barricades, and by police (ON VIDEO) holding the doors of two entrances wide open and inviting them in. Jan 6th prisoners were tormented, beaten in their cells, imprisoned indefinitely without trial, and given maximum FBI overcharged prosecution for... "trespassing"? "parading"? People who ACTUALLY deliberately blinded police and federal agents with laser pointers aimed at agents' eyes in federal buildings nationwide, who ACTUALLY tried to burn agents alive in federal buildings nationwide, who ACTUALLY tried to burn New York police officers alive in their squad car during 2020 BLM protests, who ACTUALLY tried to kill U S Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh.
None of these leftists protesters even had to hire a lawyer, because (97% Democrat-donating) FBI dropped all charges and let them go. But conversely, on fake made up charges of "trespassing", twisted by a Democrat weaponized FBI into "federal" charges, fake misdemeanor charges against Jan 6th prisoners were turned into fake insurrectionist FEDERAL charges, when in fact even the $300 misdemeanor charges were entrapment and not valid charges. Disclosure by the FBI to Congress answers a long-simmering question but does not reveal what the agents did that day. The FBI has acknowledged it had 274 plainclothes agents in the massive crowds on Jan. 6, 2021, more than four and a half years after questions were first raised about the level of FBI involvement that day, Blaze News has learned.
A senior congressional source said the number is not necessarily a surprise, since the FBI often embeds countersurveillance personnel at large events.
But given the FBI’s until-now steadfast refusal to disclose the level of its presence at the Capitol, the figure might still be viewed with skepticism in some quarters.
The news comes in the wake of claims by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Inspector General that the FBI had no undercover personnel in the Jan. 6 crowds.
“We found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6,” the DOJ OIG said in an 88-page report released in December 2024.
Depending how one reads “undercover” agents versus “plainclothes agents,” both statements could be true.
The same report disclosed that 26 FBI confidential human sources were in the Jan. 6 crowds, four of whom entered the Capitol.
The DOJ inspector general said only three of the FBI informants had been assigned by the bureau to come to Washington and report on “domestic terrorism subjects who were possibly attending the event.”
Of the 26 informants, four entered the Capitol during Jan. 6 protests and rioting, the OIG report said. None was authorized by the FBI to break the law or enter a restricted area, “nor was any CHS [confidenttial human source, i.e., FBI asset or informant] directed by the FBI to encourage others to commit illegal acts on January 6,” the report said.
Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), the chairman of the new House Jan. 6 Select Subcommittee, has also expressed determination to drill down on the FBI presence and roles of agents and informants on Jan. 6.
“But with that many paid informants being in the crowd, we want to know how many were in the crowd, how many were in the building, but I also want to know, were they paid to inform or instigate?” Loudermilk said in a Sept. 23 appearance on "Just the News."
In a May 2024 court filing, former Jan. 6 defendant William Pope listed nearly 50 FBI agents and others working under the bureau’s auspices on Jan. 6 — such as officers from the Joint Terrorism Task Force, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, U.S. Army counterintelligence, and other agents who later wrote probable-cause affidavits for Jan. 6 arrest warrants.
It is not clear whether those personnel would be part of the 274 employees disclosed to Congress by the FBI.
The FBI has repeatedly rebuffed attempts by Congress to determine the bureau’s level of involvement in the Jan. 6 crowds, either by its own agents or confidential human sources, also known as informants.
The disclosure is unlikely to tamp down questions by former Jan. 6 defendants and others who have long questioned whether FBI personnel took part in, or at least incited, rioting in the crowds.
Undercover Metropolitan Police Department officers have acknowledged inciting the crowds by helping protesters climb over barriers, encouraging them to continue on to the Capitol, and applauding those committing vandalism.
Most of the video footage shot by dozens of undercover MPD officers (DC Metro Police Dept) on Jan. 6 has never been made public, despite attempts by Pope to dislodge the number through court motions in his Jan. 6 criminal case.
The FBI also had tactical teams at the Capitol who responded to help clear the building after Ashli Babbitt was shot outside the Speaker’s Lobby at 2:44 p.m. Other tactical units from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and U.S. Marshals were also on site.
What was dismissed as "MAGA fantasy" has again been proven to be absolutely true.

Ashli Babbit (UNARMED) was shot by a Capitol officer at 2:45 PM Trump gave a videotaped social media speech at 4:10 PM, instructing his supporters to all go home, which they immediately did.

I posted an article about this roughly 3 months after Jan 6 2021. But it doesn't hurt to post video of it being reported on Fox. (as it certainly was NOT reported on CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of George Orwell's liberal media, and it is laughable how liberal media reporters struggled so hard to prop up their false narrative, PROVEN to be false).
I first saw it (barely reported) a few months after Jan 6th, but as I said at the time Brian Sicknick's own brother told the media two days after Jan 6th that the coroner's office told him directly that his brother died of a stroke, no other cause.
