Trump's DOJ and FBI are further obstructed by Obama-appointed and Biden appointed, and otherwise deep-state local, appellate and district judges, who further do everything they can to obstruct investigation of the stolen Nov 2020 election, the framing of Jan 6th defendants, and obstruct investigation of the Democrat-Bolshevik weaponization of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, DNI, andi nvestigation of the conspiracy on Jan 5 2021 by the top 8 people in the Obama administration to frame Michael Flynn in a well-documented Oval Office meeting (because THAT would lead to indictment of Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, that the Democrat-Bolsheviks want to protect from prosecution at all cost).
There are many judges and FBI / DOJ / CIA and other high office-holders who are part of that Democrat-Bolshevik movement. Or others who are are just intimidated, afraid to take the risk of payback by those people and their powerful friends, that could put these judges and lawyers in a cell right next to Michael Flynn, Steve Bannon , Peter Navarro and Roger Stone.

Just look at what the Democrat-Bolsheviks did to Rudy Giuliani and Alan Dershowitz, for daring to legally defend Trump. Every attempt has been made to disbar and destroy them.
